ゲゲストThe location is good, within walking distance from the railway station. There are many eateries nearby. A supermarket is few doors away. Front desk staff is generally helpful. The room is of a good size and we appreciate that we were allowed to check in early.
MMikinkaWe stayed in a family room, which was bright and pleasantly furnished. The atmosphere of the room was friendly, and it felt comfortable for our family. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired, as we found hair from previous guests in the shower, which was disappointing.
Since we visited during the low season, the restaurant was closed, so we couldn’t enjoy any meals on site. Additionally, the hotel is quite difficult to reach without your own car, and communication with the reception was only possible using translation apps, which made things a bit challenging.
I believe that at a different time of year, with more services and facilities open, our experience would have been much more positive.
Breakfast was offered, but without any choice of drinks. It was acceptable.
TTim in ChinaExcellent hotel, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely will do so next time I’m back in Tai’an. I live in China but brought my parents here to visit Taishan and this hotel was perfect for them.
The staff were friendly and helpful, Anna in the lounge and Cece at the front desk both helped answer questions and provided great customer service.
The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings and everything was spotless. I particularly appreciated the large bathroom mirror and rainfall shower.
The location of the hotel is conveniently near lots of restaurants, shopping options and massage parlors. Also only a 10-15 min drive from the rail stations, mountain and city temple, making getting around quick and simple.
Two extra perks, the swimming pool is great and the high speed rail makes it easy to get to Tai’an (we had a 4 hour ride from Shanghai) or nearby Qufu (20min ride to Qufu east station).
