入住的時候 不小心把民宿的馬克杯打破 但是老闆竟然表示沒關係不要受傷就好了 真的很貼心 房間內乾淨舒服溫馨感 真的很推薦

Genuinn is the perfect place to stay if you have a car. It is far from Taichung centre, however very close to the train station. The room was very modern and super clean. The area is very quiet and safe, but few restaurants and sights in the area. Freeman very safe parking is available. I was friendly greeted by, I assume, the landlord family and they made their utmost to make me feel welcome.

The room is larger and tidier than we thought. The bed is a bit too soft, but other things are good. The bathroom is good to separate the shower water from toilet. The owner is kind and helpful, he usually requires us to call him before arriving the hostel to make sure he is right there. So, it is better to have a Taiwan phone card.

Hotel very convenient and silent, just walk within 10 minutes to the station and then go to night market or ferry station by bus.

很喜歡住宅區的民宿、精美又安靜～ 民宿的工業風也讓我們處處有驚喜， 看得出主人的用心～

老闆非常熱情，同時遇見了地震，老闆也第一時間跑來關心我們，感受到非常棒的感覺，內部設施也非常舒服！

附近較不易用餐

可能是新區的關係，隔壁還在建築施工使用電槌，建議可以提前告知房客施工時間！（以方便調整作息）

房間舒適度滿分，裝潢也很漂亮

住宿點很像民宿聚集部落, 可能是在台東火車站旁的緣故~ 晚上還聽得到火車經過的聲音, 但不會很大聲。 民宿老闆很熱情, 在這2天告訴我們怎麼玩台東! 房間很大, 有家的感覺~

雖然要爬樓梯四樓有點累，但空調香氛很清新，房間很舒適，床跟枕頭都很好睡，愉快的體驗。

乾淨整潔的民宿，好停車，但是離鬧區有點距離

舒適安靜的空間，很棒的住宿經驗，一定是台東旅遊首選
