Everything was great except I found like 4 hairs in the bed looked like they didn't change the sheets 🙃 😒

The property was fine except that I paid for a non-smoking room and they gave me a room heavily impregnated with smoke odor every: towels, sheets, curtains. I asked for another room or at least a change of sheets but didn’t get any room service during my 2-night stay. They applied an ozone spray, but the smell didn’t dissipate.

Every aspect of the property and staff are well managed and serviced. I will be happy to use this hotel again if needed in the future.

Hotel is 2 separate buildings, staff friendly, breakfast was ok.

The hotel was convenient, but the signage was poor, there was garbage in the hallway which smelled bad, and breakfast was less than desirable. The oatmeal did look good but there were no bowls available.

I did not realize that the building was setup like two story apartment buildings. It was very hard to find the office because it looked like every other entrance. The refrigerator had an open soda drink and the shelf was dirty. ( The manager did clean it, promptly.) The window seal was dirty and there was a roach in the shower. The conditioner container in the shower was empty, so my hair was like straw. The staff were very nice and friendly, though.

Hotel was run down a bit . Food at the breakfast not great and they had cereal but ran out of milk. The concept of a two bed room suite was great . The window in my room did not lock . felt a bit unsafe

The property was great. The staff and management team was amazing. We left some items and the manager that day took our items and had them mailed to us. We will definitely stay again!!
