The Westshore Grand, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Tampa

I really like the waterfalls and all the extra lounge areas to relax or work on your laptop. The bar staff is great!

Not friendly at all. Manager and staff are not well equipped to deal with customers. Would not stay here again.

Amber was excellent at the front desk. The safe, the toilet and the phone in our room didn’t work but the staff was prompt to fix it. The ice machines were broken on several floors. Being on the second floor, our windows faced the atrium, and we could see all the offices on the other side, which was very awkward. It would’ve been better if the window into our room was tinted. We had no privacy, we had to keep the blinds shut the whole time.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Westshore Grand. The property is beautiful and is located a short distance from downtown Tampa and Raymond James Stadium. Our guest room was very comfortable and quiet. The sit down and grab-and-go breakfast options were both very good, and all staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice. It doesn't look like the photos, especially the pool. The pool was ice cold (not heated), and was run down. The bar was a nice add-on, parking was easy, and hotel room was average.

Room was nice, linens great. Paper products cheap, bath sink very high so if you’re short, it’s difficult to use. Coffee maker hard to use and/ot not working properly. No movie premium channels at all.

The hotel shows signs of low maintenance. For instance, tables were chipped, carpets had holes, comforters were worn and torn, and the air conditioning vents were covered in dust, which affected my allergy . I was unable to sleep during my stay and left the hotel feeling sick. The front desk staff was kind enough to assign me to another room but it was not much better than the last.

Most helpful and pleasant staff! Room quite nice; not overly luxurious but okay. Lovely breakfast and servers!

Bar service was excellent! The property was clean as well. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not very friendly and while I was checking in she was chatting with another person who worked there about their social lives. She barely looked at me. She did not tell me when we were done and I could go to my room, and did not show me the way to the elevators. Disappointing and not professional. Additionally, I had requested to call me at 4:10am to wake me up and I never received that call. Good thing I set my alarm.
