La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham USF (Near Busch Gardens)

The two nights we stayed, some guests were talking very loud, almost as if they were fighting, slamming doors and running in the hallway. We called the front desk but no one answered.

The hotel and room were in excellent condition. I needed a luggage cart when I checked out, and an employee found a luggage cart for me right away. There was no electricity at the outlet for the desk! I notified the staff.

Check in was fast and efficient. The property on the other hand, needs a lot of help. Carpeting in the hallways and in the room was stained and very worn. Room decor is from the 70’s. Breakfast options were waffles or waffles. Certainly not up to Wyndham standards.

Rooms smell so bad unhealthy at all lots of bugs and ants where found in the room dirty sheets couldn’t stay I checked out and left

From day one of my arrival I was treated like I was treated like royalty and it showed and the staff actions and purpose that they were customer service oriented the front desk receptionists Mrs Kitty was a awesome lady who went above and beyond to assure I was coming and a friendly atmosphere I would recommend this establishment to anybody everybody from the front desk staff down to the housekeepers were nothing but kind friend and helpful this is a group of awesome individual well done kudos.

The staff all the way down to housekeepers were very helpful attentive and helpful from day 1 of ✅ in my experience was nothing but pleasurable Mrs.kitty the front desk receptionist went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable she and staff were definitely about customer satisfaction I would recommend to anyone..

Room wasn't completely cleaned -- garbage along the edge of the bed. Carpet was filthy -- my feet were brown with dirt. Old hotel, needs some TLC.

The interior of the hotel needs to be updated. Rugs on the 2nd floor looked worn with stains. The room was clean but I would have preferred a walk in shower.

The air conditioning wasn't working. The carpet was stinking with molds and what not. Nothing was clean about our room.
