Room was not clean, missing blankets, smelled of smoke and the hotel hallways and elevators were dirty

The room was gross. Floors were dirty, shower tub black and disgusting, bed had debris on it. Pillows were yellow from being soiled. Could not get a refund when i asked front desk, my family was not safe here.

There were homeless people laying across the street on the sidewalk. People walking the streets everywhere and all around the property. Just didn't feel like we were in a good and safe area. Rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but smell like they are musty with old cigarette.

We asked for a no smoking room and once we got inside out room it instantly smelled like smoke. Don’t recommend if you don’t like the smell of smoke. Terrible

This was much rougher than I was expecting. There was a lot of screaming and noise all night long. I felt unsafe just walking to my room, and all night I was worried about my car getting broken into or stolen. I will say that I was relieved to see a security guard walking the ground and it was desperately needed. Very dirty inside rooms.

Dirty, did not come close to photos. Bathroom door didnt even shut. No blanket on one bed. People roaming around talking to themselves groups of people sitting outside of property on curb high on something. Lobby looked great inside. Not worth the uneasy feeling or dirty room.

The room was not properly cleaned. While inspecting the room as I do at any hotel I found a crack pipe, a small baggie, used soap in tub and cleaning chemicals left in the room. After giving the room a little cleaning it was fine. The cleaning crew just needs to step up their game.

We were attending a concert at Amalie Arena and stayed at this hotel. The area seemed a little rough, but we did not have any issues. The staff was super friendly. The room was large and clean. The hotel is super close to Amalie. We would stay here again.
