このホテルは自炊式のサービス付きアパートメントで、メールで受け取ったコードを介して指定された時間内にのみアパートメントに入ることができます。すべてセルフサービスと言えますが…到着が早すぎたので「判明」しました…率先して近くのカフェに助けを求めました。スタッフはとても親切で、一時的に荷物を預けるのを手伝ってくれました！ 16:00にチェックイン時間に到着したとき、パスワードを受け取っていなかったので、Ctripに助けを求めることしかできませんでした。最後に、Ctripは私にパスワードを教えてくれました。私は本当に酔っていました...部屋に入るには3つのパスワードドアを通過する必要があるので、とても安全だと感じています。銀行の金庫室に入る方法があります。の感覚。部屋に入ったとき、とても暖かく感じました。そんな歓迎式典を見たのは初めてでした。とても特別でした！部屋もとても広いです。ソファを引き出してダブルベッドにすることができます。原則として4名様でご利用いただけます。客室には電子レンジ、ケトル、冷蔵庫もあります。ホテルのロケーションはバス停から約400〜500メートルと非常に良く、主要な歩行者専用道路は多くのショップやレストランが並ぶ主要な歩行者専用道路です。

このホテルを選んだ理由は、ヘルシンキ空港からフィンネイルバスが到着するバス停に近いことでした。しかし、コスキークスとラティーナのショッピングセンターに近いため、その場所は一般的に非常に肯定的な側面です。メインストリートHämeenkatuにも。多くのレストランや観光スポットが徒歩圏内にあります。私の部屋も良かったです。8階のスタンダードツインで、大きな窓と素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。必要なものはすべて揃っていて、特にライティングデスクもあり、とてもきれいでした。 1 日ごとにルーム サービスをリクエストできます。そうしないと、3 日ごとに行われます。レセプションでのチェックインは迅速でとてもフレンドリーでした。ロビーは広く、座る部屋がいくつかありますが、そこのポップミュージックは私の好みには少しうるさすぎました。また、リンクスバー (ホテルの名前「ilves」はフィンランド語でリンクスを意味します) もここにあります。さらに下にはサウナとスイミングプールのあるスパがあり、午後6時から9時まで男性が利用できますが、これは私には適していなかったので、私はそこに行ったことがありません。朝食は1階のアマリロレストランで提供され、さまざまなアイテムがあり、マシンからおいしいコーヒーも提供しています。

そこのスタッフはとても素敵で親切です。しかし、タンペレに精通しておらず、ホテルのすぐ前に立ち止まってバッグを降ろすことができなかったことは非常にストレスでした。ホテルと接続された駐車場は満員でしたが、幸い近くに別の駐車場がありましたが、荷物を道路の向こう側にドラッグするのは少し不便でした。部屋自体は大丈夫で、やかんはありませんでしたが、ロビーでお湯を汲むことができ、エアコンが水漏れしていてエキストラベッドに漏れました:(水圧は大丈夫でしたが、もっと良いかもしれません。正直なところ、これらのことのファンではありませんでしたが、朝食はとても良かったです。優れた品質の食材はすべて完璧に調理されています。本当に楽しんだし、実際に朝食のために再び滞在します:)

My group of friends have being staying at this hotel every year for the last number of years and always find it to be very comfortable, have friendly staff and top class food too. Excellent choice.

On the positive side, the hotel is very nicely designed. The rooms are nice and the scenery is a big plus. I would also commend on the choice of bathroom products. The room insolation is average however, if you have a noisy neighbour (walking heavy for example), you are going to hear it because of the design choices. Beds are comfortable. The parking is also very convenient though not included in the price of the room. On the negative side is mainly one aspect : the breakfast. To make it simple, it is quantity over quality. You have everything you can imagine from porridge to croissants, going through cheeses, ham, sausages... etc... but nothing is good. All is from ready made boxes. The jam are the cheapest imaginable, the croissant are soft as hell and tasteless, pies have this unpleasant aftertaste of preservative... NOTHING is made in house. This is so disappointing. As a result of the huge buffet, the atmosphere is catastrophic with too much queue, staff running around. Overall this was really unpleasant. Smaller buffet and many stations from where to pick would improve the feeling drastically. Because of that, I seriously doubt I will ever come back, unless I get a real good deal on the room price.

Good location, right in the centre of the city. The room was large, with a sauna and a separate bath tub. Also, there are bath tubs, and there are bath tubs. They had proper, good looking, high end bath tubs! The bed was superior, as were the pillows too. Not the basic hotel sleep you get at Sokos and Scandic. The room wa salso beautifully and modernly designed from the floor to the roof. Just beatiful. The only negative thing about the room were the slippers. We really disliked those as they were basically unwearable as they felt like carton. Worst slippers I have ever come across. Breakfast was unique. They had tons of exotic foods that I have never seen at hotel brekafast before. What I was missing was some flavoured youghurt and a toaster and toast. But, cant really complain as there was so much more than at a standard hotel breakfast in Finland. The hotel does not have parking, but there are 2 public parking options super close, just across the road. It cost 23€/night. The staff was always super friendly!

In Finland, the hotel industry is basically a duopoly offering two star standards at four star prices. Thus, an international chain hotel is a very welcome addition to the market. The Courtyard claims three stars, but deserves at least half a star more. While prices are on par with the duopoly, quality is a lot better. I paid 120 € / night without breakfast, which is decent. The hotel felt pleasant and modern, materials and fabrics were of high quality and staff were friendly. I checked in at 1 pm and was welcomed by a friendly receptionist who had a room ready for me. The room was of good size and in good condition. A fresh fitted carpet, a comfortable double bed with a socket by the bed for charging your phone, a desk, a closet (with a safe and an empty minibar), a large mirror on the wall, a luggage rack. There was even a small coffee table and a chair. The room would nicely fulfill four star criteria. The A/C was efficient, but I didn’t learn how to turn it off for the night. Wifi was free and fast. The standard room here is probably better than at any other hotel in Tampere. No water bottles are provided, but tap water is potable and tastes good. Overlapping curtains kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom did not feel cramped. It came with a walk-in shower with terrible water pressure from a shower head that provided an awfully narrow stream of water. Not the right place to save money! Unfortunately, there are no bathtubs at this hotel. Sadly, single-use toiletries have been replaced by wall-mounted containers, which are a convenient way for the hotel to save money, but which I don't find hygienic enough. Body lotion was not provided anymore, only shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There were still small bars of soap available. The toilet paper was of high quality, which shows their attention to detail. Breakfast is available in the lobby restaurant from 7 to 10 (until 11:30 on Sundays) and costs 20 € for hotel guests. I did not have breakfast this time, but the breakfast room did not feel crowded. The restaurant also offers a limited menu of comfort food from 4pm onwards Mon-Sat. The hotel is located next to Tampere Hall, a bit far from the city centre. Keskustori is at least 15 minutes away on foot, Stockmann about 10 minutes. The nearest tram stop is a five-minute walk from the hotel.
