ヒルトン プロムナード アット ブランソン ランディング(Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing)

My husband and I spent two nights at the Hilton Promenade. When we arrived, our first room was a handicapped equipped room. The shower was not going to work for us, so we requested a room change. The front desk receptionist was very accommodating and quickly switched us to another room with a roomier shower. The room was spacious and very clean. We love the proximity to the shops and restaurants. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and very pretty. Looking forward to our next stay at the Hilton Promenade.

Room was not very clean, when you pay $500 for a hotel room.. you expect it to be clean. Our countertop was sticky, there were hairs in the shower, there was leftover stuff from the last person, the extra linens were still dirty next to the washer. Definitely was disappointed with the cleanliness and I typically do not leave reviews, especially negative. I wish I would have taken pictures.

The room was fine but outside the building on the landing was a loud playlist of songs being broadcast every half hour till after 9:00 p m. I should have requested a different room.

We stayed here 5 years ago and remembered it being quite nice but we were sorely disappointed. While the staff was friendly and helpful during check in, the rest of our stay was pretty bad. The rooms are in terrible condition; carpet peeling up, electric receptacles loose and not seeming to be fully anchored, the pillows were all terrible and the room was not as clean as it should be. I actually found someone’s broken nail on the floor. You don’t get stay over housekeeping service unless you schedule in advance which is a pain. So, we didn’t have coffee supplies, glassware, towels, etc refilled. Other guests are actually setting their trash out in the hallway now in lieu of leaving it in their rooms. Disgusting. The TVs are not smart TVs and there’s no way to connect a Roku so viewing options are very limited. Oh, and the noice…. Holy cow is it loud. The Landing played their music (very loud) until 10pm! Never again!

all was amazing, little odd i had to go outside and walk across the street to the other Hilton to have breakfast? otherwise excellent

The staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel and defiantly will stay again in future!

Staff were wonderful. Only wish the bars attached to the hotel could not charge to room.

Loved the location of this hotel being on the landing and the balcony view, but the room walls were paper thin and we were put next door to a family with three screaming children literally all night and morning beating banging and screaming crying at the top of their lungs. also no full length mirror to get ready in room of this quality. loved the ice maker in freezer and glass walk in shower though. will definitely stay here again.

Room was in a different building the than pool/gym. For included breakfast option we had to go to a different hotel across the street Hilton/Conference Center, therefore did not utilize them all. Carpet in hallways and hotel room was buckled and made it difficult to pull luggage. Shower floor was dirty and slippery with build up when first used. Rooms was dated and dingy, not as expected for Hilton. No screen door on sliding glass door. Weekend concerts went on late and very noisy so we could not sleep.
