We love staying here the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good and breakfast room is inviting. People are friendly.

Was not told the pool was closed, still paid full price. Stayed 2 nights, room service did not make the bed, did not replace the coffee, and did not replenish the towels. It is a great location in Branson. This is the first review I HAVE EVER LEFT for a hotel. They were not busy, no excuse for subpar service. There were like 30 guests in this hotel at best.

Staff was great. This should be listed as a motel, the doors are accessed from the outside. I wish this had been disclosed. The surrounding area is fine enough but the property itself is very dated. The rooms were musty and the bathroom smelled like urine once the steam from the shower was going. The beds were very comfortable and the shower got good and hot so that was nice. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever seen, but should be a $60/night stay at most. Only was I would consider going back.

Good location, close to downtown, parking, & the highway. Comfortable room but tiny bathroom. Staff was excellent. I should have known when I saw the complimentary earplugs that this is a noisy place. I'm not a fan of the outside entrance and this is an older motel.

This high revenue generating BW is a property BW should be ashamed of; this is a high traffic (literally) hotel that BW has not bothered to reinvest into for years. The hotel is depressingly shabby with rooms in an awful mustard and brown decor, shorting out lighting, and we had the misfortune of a room facing the ceaseless traffic of highway 76 Country Blvd. The earplugs they provided didn't have a fighting chance at mitigating the exceedingly loud traffic. They should not even rent these rooms it is so bad, and has the additional annoyance of glaring klieg lights outside. I frequently book BW for one or two night travels, but would never stay in this one again. It is in appalling condition and the breakfasts were a real disappointment too.

Rooms were clean and comfortable check in was so simple. Front desk was very nice. The breakfast that comes with room very good. Will absolutely stay again

Clean & friendly. Good free breakfast. Conveniently located. Good parking. The frig & microwave came with in handy. Overall a good experience!

I went to my room turned on the heat, it was cold out. After heading to get some dinner I returned, the room had no heat. I went back to the service desk where Christian a nice young man helped me. He moved me to a different room, the fan worked, no heat only AC, I went back to the front desk. Christian upgraded me to the SUITE, and it was sweet, with a KING bed and Jacuzzi bathtub to warm up from the almost 45 minutes of trying to get a warm room. They made it right and the tub was amazing! Thank you! The breakfast here was pretty good too.

It was clean, quiet, access to a tram, walkable to downtown and the landings, convenient. Was really nice.
