Hotel is ok.. wifi is bad.. Breakfast is normal.. At this price nothing much to comments too..

We have wonderful stay but unfortunately the aircon is not working well. We love the room service and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Only setback is the air conditioning system. Need to improve the housekeeping staff, especially cleaning toilet area. Overall is one of the Best Hotel in Tanjung Balai Karimun.

ホテルは少し古いです。最初に部屋に入ったとき、床はいたるところに細切りでかなり汚れていて、エアコンは冷たくありません。しかし、スタッフにフィードバックすると、彼らは非常にフレンドリーで、エアコンを修理するためにエンジニアを送りました。ベッドシーツと枕はかなり荒く、バスタブも少し古いですが、支払われる金額であまり期待できませんでした。このホテルの1つの良い点は、冷蔵庫がいくつかの大きなホテルに比べて実際にはかなり寒いことです。私のミネラルウォーターは最小限に凍結されましたか? !!近くにはレストランやマートもあるので、実際に滞在するのは悪くありません。

Good location, near to city center. Staff very friendly and helpful. She helped us to book a taxi for a short island tour. Facilities wise reasonable. Breakfast provided was normal. The food outside the hotel is considered okay and reasonably priced.

Nice view towards sea. Basic amenities eg mineral water, rowel, soap and tooth brush only. Water pressure too slow, so request to change room.

Recommended.... Hotel sangat dekat dengan Jeti...pekerja semua ramah dan sangat membantu...menu sarapan sedap dan pelbagai menu...cuma saya cadangkan sediakan bilik untuk iron baju..saya duduk 2 malam...hari ke 2 cleaner bersihkan bilik dan tukar tuala...

私の部屋番号は202 以下は欠陥品である: 1.シャワー給湯器スプリンクラーが適切に機能していなかった。 2.トイレの水槽が揺れ、水が漏れ出ました。 3. 衣類キャビネットハンガーバーはしっかりしていない、簡単にドロップ。 4. Wifiが非常に弱く、部屋の中は接続できず、廊下の外に行かなければなりません。 5. ハンド洗浄シンクの水蛇口機能に欠陥がある。

Tempatnya bagus, kamar luas, langsung menghadap kelaut ada balconinya. Tapi agak berbahaya karena balconi bisa dimasukin dari kamar sebelah jg. Mohon menu sarapan diperbanyak. Terimakasih.
