とても美しいホテルです。ホテルは山の中腹に位置し、すべての古典的な名所まで徒歩 10 分でアクセスできます。 タオルミーナの街はホテルも古いので少し古いですが、島内のホテルは比較的似たような感じです。

This hotel is simply awesome. It has a steep driveway. Once you are in the lobby, views are spectacular. Each room has a view of the Ionian Sea. Staff are helpful. Attractions like the Greek theatre, the town center, cable car to beaches are all within walking distance. The choice of restaurants was plenty even though we visited in December. We got to watch the bonfire on Christmas Eve.

This hotel is built on the side of a mountain, as is everything else in this lovely town. Every room has a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The town is charming with incredibly narrow streets, lots of restaurants and shops. Every request I had like a mat for the bathtub was taken care of immediately. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Lovely pool and delightful outdoor cafe.

Great views but issues. Very steep walk to hotel , when leaving we had to pull our luggage up this steep long hill. Hotel had no help and if they did said they would charge us! A/c not working great, showers so tight you can’t move in them, they host huge travel groups so have to deal with those crowds for breakfast, commercial push button coffee machine in cafeteria you would expect better in Italy, hair Blow dryers not good,

This hotel is an oasis. All the rooms face the sea, all have a private deck, and all are well appointed with large bathrooms with excellent water pressure. What amazed me was how quiet the hotel is. Taormina is a busy place, and it was lovely to walk back to a quiet, welcoming hotel. The hotel is situated at the bottom of a hill which really aids in the quiet and the view of the sea. It's a walk to the top of the street. But for anyone who is mobile it is very doable - and in my opinion so worth it for the benefits the hotel has. The breakfast is outstanding - tons of fresh Sicilian fruit, eggs made to order, a selection of pastries and fresh bread. Ivana who keeps the breakfast stocked and refreshed is so lovely, and made sure I had melon everyday. Fabio who works at the front desk had great dinner suggestions, and even made sure I didn't get lost (not easy with me). I could not imagine returning to Taromina and not staying here.

How is this place getting 5 star reviews? I mean if you like rooms from 1982 that haven’t been updated with depressing decor, dirty walls, beds that look like 5000+ people have slept in, then this is definitely your place. Wow! No parking either, the closest parking lot is about a 20 minute walk. The bar on the 7th floor is beyond depressing. You are not allowed to eat breakfast on the terrace for some unexplainable reason (we were told that if we eat outside everyone else will want to eat outside). The whole hotel is just super outdated and you will do yourself a favor if you stay somewhere else.

The hotel and the views are fabulous. The location is HORRIBLE if you have any type of health issue in walking DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. To reach the property you must go down a steep hill. There is NO PORTER Service therefore, you must transport your own luggage UP AND DOWN a STEEP HILL. The view and rooms a majestic but not the LOCATION. Be VERY CAREFUL.

This hotel is in the perfect location, the staff are really lovely and friendly and can’t help you enough. Our transfer home failed to show up and the lovely lady on reception sorted us a urgent taxi through her contacts so we didn’t miss our flight. Absolutely loved my stay here would definitely go again. Views from the room balcony are the best in Taormina and you can stumble out the hotel into the centre of Taormina with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. If I was to say anything the hotel could maybe do with a refresh in some furniture. Invest in comfy seats new furniture for room balcony’ and the decking around the pool and furniture could do with a update.
