We had a great view from our room. The staff was great….I sprained my ankle and they brought me an ice pack. They were very helpful in providing directions to local sites. Our room was clean and comfortable. I thought parking was free, but it was $20 per day.

A really lovely hotel to stay at! Super clean, large room with the most beautiful view. The staff were fantastic, any question was answered and they really cared about your experience. The breakfast was great, the hotel was beautiful, i’d recommend to anyone!

Very nice views from the breakfast room. Very good breakfast choices. (No hot food as far as I could tell) The hallways and staircase are a bit narrow and claustrophobic. The room, we had 336, while nice enough, did not look like in the pictures. No art work, no flowers, no nice little pottery in the bathroom. (Why all this false advertising, people DO notice!) Wooden pallet for putting one's suitcase. Balcony only accommodates one chair and once napkin-size table. I complained about bright reading lights on both sides of the bed, wanted lower wattage bulbs. It did not happen, the knob by which one lowers the light did not make much difference. Bathroom without heat for two days, A nice plumber did come right away, could not bleed the system, but it was done the following day. Overall a pleasant stay though.

We were greeted by a 5th generation owner and treated as honored guests our entire visit. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the rooftop overlooking beautiful Taormina.we had a delicious dinner one evening on the 6th floor and were entertained by the charming staff and welcomed in. Most stunning, was the view from our room. One day it rained and we spent a long walk outside and then returned to our bathtub suite overlooking Mt. Etna, the sea and the Amphitheater all from my bubble bath. I will always return to Villa Paradiso. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Villa Paradiso is a wonderful hotel in Taormina. The concierge was amazing. She arranged an early checkin and breakfast for us, assisted us with reservations and answered all our questions. The breakfast room has a gorgeous view of Mt. Etna and the food choices were delicious. The hotel is decorated with lovely art pieces in the lobby and the rooms. There are many cafes and shops within walking distance. The public gardens are nearby. Bring your camera for the outstanding views from this hotel.

Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, close to the gardens, and a few min walk from the main sqw. Rooms were big, very clean and gorgeous vew! The hotel is decorated beautifully, with art pieces everywhere. There is also a well decorated library. Don't miss the breakfast and the view from the top floor!

Raffaella Martorana was extremely helpful during our stay great hotel views. Location was great. All staff was nice, the porter went out of his way to help with parking the car and luggage. This is the hotel in Taormina to stay.

The staff were very welcoming and helped park our car safely. Breakfast was excellent. Room was okay with small balcony. Best to be away from a lift and ask not to be near any dogs, who might be staying at the hotel. Being near park and walkable to all areas of Taormina the location worked well for our family group. We would stay at this property again.
