ホリデイ ホテル(Holiday Hotel)

My girlfriend and I were bit up by bed bugs. Hotel management told me they were going to switch my room but But then they said that’s not our protocol and told me they were going to Teri my visit booking and told me they couldn’t refund my money I had all my money tied up in this room had no where ti go this was the worst hotel everthey would switch m

I have had better experience this was my worst Stay ever. My room was horrible, outside looked like a motel and inside was disgusting and a lot of molded baseboards

Did not show up at the hotel at all so how the hell can I have an "enjoyed my stay" . ****ed up. 

There was only 2 lumpy pillows on each bed, only had 2 towels and no wash clothes, when I asked for more pillows and towels, only able to get 2 towels.

The floors need to be mopped and there was only one light. Only accessible outlet was in the bathroom to charge my phone. Whoever stayed in the room before me stole the microwave. But the front desk people were great they offered to switch my room, I ultimately declined because I'd already unpacked my things by the time I noticed. I had a fairly pleasant stay and the they have done a lot to the outside of the hotel and it looks fabulous I was extremely impressed with the pool area I had a beautiful view of it from my room. Like I said just a few changes would have made my experience wonderful, it was better than most of the quick hotels I've booked. The noise levels were low as well I couldn't hear the people next to me or walking past the window.

I didn’t like the fact that at 10:28am they were knocking on the door for check out when check out is 11 am , the hotel was ok a lot of people outside the facility and some noise too ! Cleanliness was ok only . The lady at front desk was nice and and a good sense of humor .

Our room looked like it was part of a crime scene at one point. Least they could do is throw some fresh paint on the walls. I get that it's not a 4-star rated place but they could do better on the accommodations.

It is great location and available when you need it . Hospitality is nice! They have a small variety of appetizers and drinks at very reasonable prices to have for the in between meals.

Just wasn’t clean in the in side . Out side looked great .. online looks great but not when you get there .
