I've been staying at Ocean Pointe since the early 90's and have always enjoyed my stay. I suggest opting for the 2 bedroom model for the master bedroom view of the ocean. The one bedroom units have the bedroom next to the entry door and exterior walkway - the extra money will be rewarded with the view from your bedroom. The resort is convenient to some of the best restaurants in the Upper and Middle Keys as well as Robbie's Mariana and other tourist stops. Even when our destination was Key West we first stop for the night at Ocean Pointe so as to start fresh in the morning to continue our drive south at a relaxed pace. This trip was strictly for relaxation at the resort and it fit the bill perfectly.

Had to go to an alternate location to check in. When entering the room the room was cloudy. There was an air purifier on the kitchen floor but the air was not clean. My wife and I started coughing after 15 minutes to where we had to take a walk. After returning we checked out after only a two hour stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit that we stayed in was very nice and clean. It had everything that we needed. The only thing that is stopping me from giving it a 5 star rating is the overwhelming smell of cat urine and feces that we experienced when we walked out of our unit. We were in building 4 and there is a large amount of feral cats and raccoons that live at the back of the building and the smell was terrible. That being said as soon as we got out of the building we didn’t get the smell and it definitely didn’t carry inside the unit.

Check in was very quick and easy. The check in employee was extremely friendly and provided useful information about local attractions, restaurants, etc. Our condo AC needed to be serviced and a tech arrived within minutes after I called the office to report the problem. The AC issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes. The kitchen was not very well appointed, but the basics were provided (no mixing bowl, cutting board, baking sheet but there were pans, cups, bowls, plates and silverware). If you plan to cook, make sure to bring everything you may need. The property was very clean, the condo was very comfortable, the views were magical, and the nightly raccoon fest I observed from the balcony was highly entertaining.

This property was a little dirty and not maintained to hotel clean standards We enjoyed our stay just the same

Nice spacious clean apartment The kitchen equipment was a bit random. 3 wine glasses in an apartment that could sleep 6. One teatowel for 12 days and only 1 dishwasher tablet! No oven gloves. If like us travelling from Europe pack some to take with you. Oven was not clean However, we had a wonderful time and would recommend it.

Beautiful ocean view, safe, comfortable and very quiet. Convenient for visiting friends and family in the Keys. We did not use the facilities on site but the pool looks nice.

Place was clean and fit our purpose of full kitchen and 2 baths for1adult and 2 teenagers. Did not like that office was mile from facility. No on-site info available for area, also pool concessions closed with no vending. Same as to small beach restaurant. Given a handout at check-in with some suggestions but that was it. We did use jet ski recommendation who was excellent and also half day charter fishing capt was excellent.
