none of the listed services are offered. They threw us into a dirty room and disappeared. We were reluctantly given towels that were missing from the room at check in. I was taking a shower and the glass door fell on me, I stayed for four days and they never came to fix it. I asked to speak to the manager about the obscene situation and was told she was sleeping and then left me alone at the front desk. A pair of earrings and a ring that I had left in a certain part of the room disappeared. Don't make the mistake of visiting this "hotel". ​

I arrived in Tbilisi in June, coming from Armenia, and booked a room at the hotel. The website said they accepted pets and I thought everything was ok. I went to reception, paid, checked in and got the keys. When I went to pick up my bags, the owners arrived, a rude and rude lady and gentleman. They said they didn't accept pets and that I couldn't stay there. But the hotel websites said they accepted it. I asked him to honor his word, as it would be irresponsible, after check-in, to deny my accommodation. They remained irreducible, were irresponsible and inconsequential and showed that they do not honor their word. I had to leave even after checking in. It was the worst experience of the trip and I will never recommend this "hotel" to anyone.

Very good hotel and best location. Room is warm and comfortable have good view from city. Totally i like this hotel and recommened this hotel. Near to metro marjanishvili. Room include refrigereator tv and tea maker

Don’t do the same mistake that I did, this hotel is not worthy even 1Lari, the customer service is not good at all they are not answering the call even, I have been calling for 1 day since morning but no one answered back, the room is not clean there’s a very bad smell in the room if u ask to change the room because of the smell they will said the hotel is fully book but is not. PLZ FIND OTHER HOTEL DON’T STAY HERE .

This hotel is very good with the best rooms and the employees are very nice here, it has the best location ever and everything is good food, rooms and it’s the best place I’ve ever seen in this country and there’s the good price too

Do not bother to book this hotel. I’ve booked via *********** and it’s payment upon check in. The hotel doesn’t accept any card but cash only, so when we arrive I’ve handed over the cash payment to the guy at the reception. But when we reach our hotel room surprisingly the room smells so bad!!!! The bed were very disgusting, the bedsheets smells bad and the pillows were in color yellow inside and it’s very old and has stains everywhere! We went back to the guy in the reception and have asked him nicely that we wanted to cancel our booking but he keeps pushing his own policy rather that following the policy in *********** to just pay 65 lari for the penalty fee but he was charging us for 116 lari. He was so rude and even insulted us that we do not appreciate our room. Who would love the gross room for a vacation? We were here in Tblisi for a vacation and not to be stress with their gross room! Finally Manager came and have agreed to just pay the penalty fee based on the policy of *********** - DO NOT BOOK TO THIS HOTEL. The black guy in the front desk is rude and overcharging by his own policy.

We were charged 20 lari above the hotel's maximum price. The internet is very slow, so we couldn't even use WhatsApp. Since we couldn't find a TV remote control in our room, I contacted the personnel at the reception, where we found out that the guy spoke only Georgian, although for any other language he seemed to be quite happy using the Google translator. It turned out that there was a "technical problem" with the television in the whole hotel, not only in our room. There were only two big towels in the bathroom, and none of two desk lamps worked. So skip the place if only you don't have to stay between Rustaveli and Marjanishvili metro stations. Although even here there are other options.
