Personal muy amable, a las instalaciones les hace falta mantenimiento, la comida ásable

The property is lovely and well maintained. Our patio was private with trees all around. The staff are so helpful. Erika is the greatest. Great Americana coffee.

The food is the best and in general the location is good.

Quiet and relaxing beach. Simple and sophisticated design.

It’s terrible, false advertising, don’t risk it. These people cannot be trusted, they didn’t give us what we booked and paid for, they make you pay everything upfront and try to force you into paying more to upgrade. They refused to refund us, and we weren’t prepared to be forced into staying there so we walked away, won’t be long until they go broke or get shut down.

I loved our stay at Hotel Azúcar, the staff was amazing especially Max. The food is very tasty and fresh. The rooms are spacious and clean, great functioning A/C and your own hammock in the outside seating space. They close the restaurant at 8:30pm so be sure to call ahead if you’ll arrive afterwards and would like to have dinner. It was a great weekend.

Beautiful hotel!

Como mucha ilusión he estado en el hotel, tiene encanto, cuidaron detalles y es original, la atención bastante bien y la playa es muy limpia y el hotel también. En la habitación tenían shampoo, acondicionador y gel pero no había crema de cuerpo, la noche salió en 2900 pesos sin desayuno y no tener crema del cuerpo es bastante raro. Cenamos muy a gusto y rico, por la mañana solo decidimos tomar un par de cafés, sin leche y sin azúcar, nos cobraron 120 pesos, muy caro para ser solo café americano….

Se están negando a facturarme mi estancia, por el hecho de justificar que reserve por medio de *******, cuando siempre lo he hecho de esa manera porque es el hotel el que está obligado a emitir la factura correspondiente.
