the clerk that checked us in was not personable or friendly. The room was dark, very poor lighting. The bed was raised, too high to be easy to climb in and out. The heater made a terrible noise and it was difficult to sleep through it. It snowed during the night and the sidewalk was not cleared, it was frozen with ice/snow and very slippery. The parking lot was frozen as well and our handicapped space was not accessible on the driver side or the rear hatch. I took my shoes off and walked in my socks to the driver door to avoid a fall on the ice.

Everyone was so friendly during our check-in! Sierra was especially helpful and nice! When our heater quit working, she Immediately found us another room close-by with a perfect heater! Sierra was extra-special, and we look forward to staying there again. The Denneys, Subway and Starbucks were all within walking distance. Great hotel!!

My wife and I have stayed at this property multiple times over the years, traveling to visit relatives in California. In the past, we have had good experiences, but not this trip. When we pulled in to register, the trash cans in front of the hotel were overflowing. When we got up to the room, we the fan in the bathroom was very noisy and whoever did the sealing job on the tub did an amateurish job. This was the first time we stayed in a room on the front side of the hotel and the noise from the freeway was very loud. In addition, at least 4 or 5 trains went by during the night which woke both my wife and I. When we tried to watch a movie before trying to sleep the cable service disconnected and did not reconnect. Overall a disappointing experience and we will NOT stay at this hotel again.

We checked in fast and efficient. Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. The microwave was a bit dirty and there was trash in one of the trashcans when we got to our room. I would definitely stay again

Rooms are clean but we had to ask for a shower curtain! Walls were thin and we heard people walking overhead. Overall facility is a bit tired. Breakfast just adequate. Personnel were okay.

The staff are super friendly, the place is immaculate, rooms were nice and clean, very pleasant experience. Yes you can here the train, but that is sort of nostalgic!

Broken tv, put in room next to people having a party with an adjoining door.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and the continental breakfast. The hotel was quiet and everything went well in the two nights I stayed there. No complaints at all. Thank you.

I felt this location was alittle run down. Very unacceptable as far as parking an RV. Had to park 1/2 mile away and I’m handicapped as is my husband.
