This hotel has the worst service and customer care I have ever been through. They never reply in calls and when they reply either they keep sending you from one person to another or they close the phone. Management not supporting when I explained my issue regarding my wife need to be in same room they ask for extra 275 euro per night which is double price of hotel. This happened to more than one person as I ask my other friend they just want money not your happiness. It should be 2 star hotel and not Rixos brand name

Really shocked by the hotel! For claiming to be a 5 star very disappointing. Not one to moan and have never felt so rubbish on holiday before! (We wanted home) On arrival the check in for us was a joke after being put to a room that was trashed! They weren’t very willing to move us and kept asking “yes but whats the problem?” - even showing them photos they didn’t understand. The food is very poor. The buffet unless breakfast (pastries toast etc was obviously fine) but anything with meat was enough to make your stomach churn! Something that looks like chicken does not always taste like chicken, and i dont want to think what mean was in the burgers as had to spit it out! Im not a fussy eater but if you are like us and from the UK do not expect a fry up in the morning, or anything normal really (apart from chips and pasta). We thought the selection of restraunts very misleading. We booked through tui for 7 nights and had 2 ala carte meals. We booked on the first night but never got much choice qs everything was fully booked up until the italian on last night of our stay. We never had any outstanding service, most of the staff english wasn’t great and half of the time ordering drinks etc was a task. On the bright side our mini bar was always restocked, everything was clean and the crisps were elite 🤣

That was the third time we were staying at the Rixos Hotel. The fact, that we are choosing the same hotel again and again, perfectly reflects what we think about it. The rooms in the main building could be cosmetically renewed sometime soon, but still, they are in acceptable condition. Everything else, totally no complaints :) Special thanks to Nizam and the entire SPA team; we got very nice massages for our family and even managed to accept all us three (me, my wife and our daughter) in the same massaging room. Cheers!

The service at this resort is impeccable!!! All the assistants are so kind and work incredibly hard to complete all requests and provide excellent customer service. Our assistants Shadi and Hasan were so helpful in providing daily itineraries and making our stay as enjoyable as it was!!! Can’t fault it and we’ll definitely be returning!

We came with our family really like this place so much big place with trees and grass food tasty Good workers sea is beautiful everything is fine we want to come again also thank to berat for his efforts there are Activities all day long Evening different live musics awesome love it

Everything is perfect You have a dedicated person to accompany you during your stay. The best all inclusive! Incredible diversity and quality in the restaurants. All the staff are very attentive Shadi was our personal supervisor during the stay who sent us daily activities to do and was attentive to our every request. Thank you Shadi This is the first time at Rixos and not the last. I'll be back!

Room service every morning? You're kidding- they will do it at 4 pm. Personnel? Locals are superior, but 90% of personnel are from Kazakhstan. Good food? Another joke! All week all the same, poor taste, poor menu. Starbucks cofee? Uahhaaaha!! In theirs language- cofee will be made from starbucks branded cofee beans, that's all. 3* hotel for russians. P.S. Mediterranean sea is great, weather is superior, but it's not about rixos tekirova.

I tryed first time in my life Kangoo Jumps training and it was great experience. I loved outdoor training area and a small group. Trainer Yagmur was really encouraging and nice. It was easy to follow the instructions. Atmosphere was good for the first time trainers.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We booked a last-minute break and loved every minute. The moment we arrived (at 2:30am) we were asked if we were hungry, and directed to the restaurant for food and drinks. Check-in was so smooth and our room was stunning with a balcony and a view of the surrounding forests and mountains. Our Holiday Assistant Hasan could not have been more helpful! He booked 2 restaurants for us - the Mandarin restaurant especially was so lovely. We weren’t expecting to eat sushi at an all inclusive hotel, it was great. The on-site Starbucks was also a great addition, and the buffet was really varied with lots of options. The pools were so lovely, we used the indoor and outdoor pools, which were heated to the perfect temperature. The staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, the cocktail selection was great too. I really couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!
