הזמנתי 4 חדרים לארבע זוגות חברים. את ההזמנה עשיתי טלפונית ומכיוון שחלק מהבקשות שלי היו להיות ביחד באותה קומה (אם אפשר, קרובים אחד לשני) אז פקידת הקבלה שעשתה לי את ההזמנה ביקשה שאצור קשר עם מנהלת ההזמנות שבבד"כ עוסקת רק עם הזמנות של קבוצות. שורה תחתונה - אנשי צוות מדהימים. היו לי מספר שיחות לברר לגבי המלון ותנאי ההזמנה, לפני וגם אחרי ההזמנה, וכולם בלי יוצא מהכלל היו אדיבים, מנומסים ונתנו לי מענה ענייני. זה לא ברור מאליו. אז מה עוד ביקשתי? יש ארוחת ערב וארוחת צהרים (היינו בשבת). האוכל היה מגוון והיה בשפע. החדרים מרווחים ממוזגים ועם מרפסת. קומקום וקפה בחדר וגם כספת. יש מעלית שבת. יש פינות ישיבה, גם בקומה וגם בקומת כניסה ליד הלובי. ביקשנו להישאר עד מוצ"ש וזה התאפשר (תמורת תשלום נוסף). המיקום מדהים! מקווה שלא שכחתי לציין משהו. I booked 4 rooms for 4 couples (friends). I made the reservation by phone and since some of my requests were to be together on the same floor (if possible, close to each other), the receptionist who made the reservation for me asked me to contact the reservation manager who usually only deals with group reservations. Bottom line - amazing staff!! I had several calls to find out about the hotel and the conditions of the reservation, before and after the reservation, and everyone without exception was kind, polite and gave me a matter-of-fact answer. it is not obvious. So what else did I ask for? Dinner and lunch (our stay was on Shabbat). The food was varied and plentiful. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and with a balcony. Kettle and coffee in the room and also a safe. There is a Shabbat lift. There are sitting areas, both on the our floor (5th) and near the lobby at the entrance. We asked to leave late (until Motze Shabbat) & it was possible (for an additional fee). The location is amazing! Hope that I didn't forget to mention something.

This property is basic but clean and safe. The staff is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Jaffa is a little rough. You need to really watch out for yourself and your belongings. We almost got robbed while at the beach. Gratefully a man who was watching saved us. Just be cautious.

When my family and i arrived at the property a little before 12 AM we were pleasant surprised by the girl at the front desk. she was very helpful, nice and attentive. When we got to the rooms, in spite the fact that we requested and were promised two rooms, one for 3 people and 1 for 2 people, we realized that there were only room for 2 people in each room. Being late we didn't complained nor tried to change the rooms. The rooms were somehow cleaned but still dirty and very unpleasant. The breakfast was good, the stuff was veery helpful, but overall, seeing the dining room, with broken tables and discolored chairs made ll the experience, just dissatisfactory! We understand that the hotel could not do too much about the location, but every where around was dirty and full of graffiti! Above all, the most disappointed thing was that it was advertised as having airport shuttle but there was none. We had to pay almost $400.00 back and forth for transportation! Very disappointed! And worst of it is that when i emailed the hotel asking about details of the airport shuttle, i got no answer! Even today, a week after i sent the email, I still received no answer! I will never recommend Ruth Daniel Residence!

Good! I mean it could be a much bettercroom for the price but iveralk its ok

This hotel was chosen by our organization in a season in which - according to what we have been told - the hotels in Tel Aviv were packed. This hotel however was a good choice. Having only one evening and the whole day after, we were able to visit those sights of Tel Aviv that it was possible to see in such a short time, always walking on foot: so the location is appreciable. The hotel itself is comfortable. Cared for in all its parts, common and not, it allowed us a pleasant stay. The breakfast (included) was also appreciable. The price was high (in line with an expensive city like Tel Aviv). Our guide told us that the double room cost the equivalent of 190 euros per night. Please note that the hotel complies with the Shabbat rules. So, for example, no breakfast on Saturday mornings.

We enjoyed a lot there. The staff was kind and caring. The facilities in the hotel was Satisfied. The breakfast was very delicious. The rooms were clean and fabulous. The location is ousum. Its near Jaffa and the old city. We will come back again for sure this year.

one of the young guys working in the dining room is very rude to the customers. i asked to take food to the room for two children who were sick and i was not served well at all. the same and certain people at the hotel reception who just learned that the children (students) of a group i was accompaniing got the coronα virus they allmost kicked us out of the hotel unacceptable

from the outside it gives the impression of being a hotel of good level, at the reception the trea**ent of the employees was very bad, I had a debit card and not a credit card and that is why they wanted to charge me 150 shekels more, the shower in the room did not have hot water in summer, a real shame!!!!, and the mattress on the bed was very soft, after a lot of use, I don't recommend it!!

Very hospitable staff. Lovely location near old Joffa and the port.
