Struttura bellissima e personale molto cordiale e disponibile La camera classica ha però qualche neo tipo la doccia. Alcuni accorgimenti da fare ma solo per la camera.

La struttura è molto bella, credo unica nel suo genere. Un antico borgo 800esco trasformato in resort che conserva tutto il suo fascino. Il servizio è stato quasi impeccabile, hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza. Purtroppo la Spa non è all'altezza del resort, non offre molto tranne due piscine, sauna e doccia emozionale. Il ristorante è abbastanza caro, se consideriamo anche che una bottiglia di acqua da 750 CL cista 6€. Peccato per l'errore sul conto commesso alla fine che ci ha fatto perdere molto tempo e creato disagio. This is an excellent hotel from rooms to staff to location. The Michelin star restaurant on-site makes it wonderful. - Lunch: The service at the other restaurant on property with different staff is not always on top of things. (Some of the Michelin staff start their day here, and they are amazing.) - Breakfast buffet is fabulous. Two points to note: - pillows are standard stiff foam and no options are available. Consider bringing your own. - fitness room. Noted in website, but unavailable. If you’re looking for a getaway, Aquapetra should be on your list.

Stunning hotel, excellent food and staff, local town nice but shame cant walk to it as the road down is to dangerous. Only a 5 min drive though.

After watching the series of first dates hotel, I surprised my partner with a weekend at Aquapetra for his 50th Birthday surprise. It was a lovely relaxing weekend in a ideal surreal setting. Aquapetra is beautiful. The only thing we could fault is one evening/night we had a very large dog roaming and barking outside of our apartment on several occasions. We were also not offered out welcome drinks and when questioning the staff on checking out, we were told that we should have requested this from the bar, which we were not told. Fairly expensive onsite but this was expected, this outweighed the visit on this special occasion.

The hotel is beautiful especially the pool and the spa. Breakfast excellent though you need to pay for an omlette which is a bit cheeky. Staff are generally superhelpful Food is excellent though very expensive. Local town close by has lots of good eating options Aircon in some rooms is dodgy - make sure it works well

The food/drinks are very pricey so we got out to other restaurants around the area grassano park very well priced. and the menu we only eat 2 options on there so food and drinks not good if we had more choice and cheaper we would eat in the restaurant more

An amazing hotel that is all about relaxing. The staff were truly wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was described as standard but was far beyond - beautiful, large and quiet. The pool and surrounding area was immaculate and offered a fantastic location to relax and chill. The food was simply outstanding. Would definitely visit again!
