チェックインの経験は最悪でした！ホテルは高速道路のすぐそばにあり、私たちの部屋は高速道路側でした！とてもうるさく、断熱性が不十分でした。ベッドはひどく、エアコンの音がうるさかったです！このホテルは誰にもお勧めしません

ほとんどの場合、私たちは 4 日間の滞在を満喫しました。ホテルは新しく、素晴らしい状態にあります。ただし、床や壁は思ったほど防音ではありません。また、チェックイン時に、週末のハウスキーピングがないことを知って驚きました。事前通知も割引もありませんでした。また、チェックアウト後に不正な請求がアカウントに請求されました。

Great place. Nice bonfires and hot tub. Staff is caring and strong drinks. Will definitely be back.

Had a good experience here overall with the friendly staff and cleanliness of the property. The only complaint I have is how uncomfortable the beds are. The mattresses are very firm and it made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Not quite the “Hilton” quality beds I was hoping for

I had originally booked a supposed 4 star hotel. I checked in and the smell drove me right out of there. I immediately booked at the Hilton garden and couldn’t be happier. The hotel was beautiful , clean and comfortable. Staff was beyond friendly. Breakfast was affordable and delicious. Very inviting out door areas with the pool and fire pits with chairs. Will definitely stay again

Excellent stay. I would have liked the bar to open sooner and stay open later.

I loved how they didn’t have stingy soap lol but I was able to take a comfortable shower a didn’t have to use my own soap because they had just enough ! AC BLEW LOVELY bed was extra comfortable and shower water was extra hot how I like it I will definitely stay again

There was children running over my head and management tooken care of it. And later that night the fire Alarm went off something happened to cause the alarm to go off?

The hotel was ok. However there was a fire alarm that went off at almost 2am and no announcement was made about what it was so hotel was evacuated. Finally afrer being outside for quite some time we decided to ask front desk about situation. The lady told us it was burnt max and cheese and we could go back. After already waiting for an extended time and then having to go back in an ask about going up cost us a significant amount of sleep for the evening. We were not offered a late checkout nor was the incident addressed by the hotel at all which is very frustrating

I came in for a wedding and stayed at the Hilton Garden hotel. I was super happy because I was able to check in early at about 1:30pm. All staff I interacted with was super friendly. The room was comfortable and the AC felt amazing with the Arizona heat! Not too much around the hotel for food options, but there is a restaurant in the hotel. I would stay again!

Nice pool and the room was clean. However the view is of the highway and the rooms are very dark.

I woke up very ill in the middle of the night and the staff accommodated me with unplanned extra night so I could get back on my feet

Very noisy due to the road, mattress was not very comfortable!
