Ottima soluzione dalla qualità della camera, pulizia perfetta, alla piscina termale. La colazione di qualità ma nella norma di un 5S. La soluzione ha un grande parcheggio interno molto comodo. Il personale alla reception è professionale è pronto ad aiutare il cliente nelle sue richieste.

This is the 4th time we have visited and we always enjoy our stay. Some points - this time we felt the main courses lacked variety and desserts were not as wonderful as before - lacking flavour. Timing for dinner would be better from 7pm. Breakfast staff were excellent as ever and the offering was always fresh and ambience nice. The room cleaners did a brilliant job - always attentive and smiling. I enjoyed the pool activities encouraged by Dominica and the spa area was always a nice place to be.

I stayed at this hotel based on the positive reviews, but was dreadfully disappointed. The indoor pool area was gross - literally hundreds of wet towels piled on top of chaise lounges - I've never seen so many dirty towels in my life. The pool room is dark and dingy, giving off a creepy vibe. The outdoor pools are better, but some are in need of refurbishment. Although it's a health spa, the general health of most of the guests did not look particularly good. The landscaping needs attention as well - overgrown grass and weeds everywhere. The lobby and public areas are clean. The food in the bistro is okay, but low considering the high standard in this part of Italy. Breakfast is another nightmare - not enough food on the messy and disorganized buffet; rude and pushy guests, very low quality food - most looked unappetizing or inedible. The front desk is competent but had to be pressed to do anything a little extra, but the attitude vastly improved when a tip was offered. The rooms are clean and basic - nothing luxurious at all. We had a top level room on the 4th floor, so it was spacious, but the bed was overly firm and uncomfortable. No idea how this is a five star - it seems that a hotel can self classify - it's on par with a large Hyatt in the states.

The hotel is very luxurious nothing to say. The stuff is gentil and caring. We had family room ( 2 rooms and one bathroom) , this is the best solution for a family with 3 kids; the second room is a bit little but doesn’t disturb. We had full board - The food is delicious and the service at the restaurant is great. The pools in my opinion could be a bit bigger, better connected and have more massage options.

Stay was OK. Room very spacious. Didn't hit the 5* service we were expecting. Spa was good. No prior warning that swimming hat was compulsory. Would not return to be honest.

I would give it 6 stars if I could! Amazing hotel, truly premium from rooms, to Spa and all amenities, food, staff and cleanliness. You can bike or walk 7 minutes and have everything you need. The pools are real termal waters, the mud treatment relieves body pain and joint pain. The saunas and ice treatment are fantastic!! Also great manicure with Marzia and I got my hair done with Mirko, he is amazing!! My 3rd time here and will definitely come back.

Incredible service, especially the director of the hotel is very nice. The food was excellent. Everyday the menu changed. The quality of the meat was great, the deserts amazing. The food was like in a Michelins star restaurant. The Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and cozy, I also liked the Aqua di Parma staff in the room. all the staff is great. Especially, Roman, Fabio, Elisa and many more. Ludmilla did a wonderful Job, facial of Biological Recherche, Mani and Pedicure, Massages. Also the hairdresser is very cool and did a fantastic job. The temperature in the hotel was good, warm and cozy.

A real gem, absolutely phenomenal hotel. True five star in all respects, home away from home. Always a delightful experience. When you think that it can't get any better, it actually does. The place is masterfully managed. These people are Stradivariuses of hospitality industry.

A simply superb hotel and service. Room was substantial, new and very clean, nice balconies overlooking the hot pools. Breakfast was absolutely excellent with great and helpful service. Totally recommend to anyone who would like to stay in the area, but even if they have to go out of there way it’s worth it. Enjoy the hot springs, unfortunately I did not have time.
