カーサ デ ロス アルティスタス(Casa de Los Artistas)

Upon arrival, hotel had no available rooms even with a confirmed and paid reservation. Their staff recorded the reservation for three days after the requested date... They offered a room on nearby hotel for the same price even though it was a lower quality hotel. The hotel is quite nice, however their booking system & process needs work and real customer care skills.

Came for a couple days and was quite surprised with the experience. This is a beautiful oasis hidden behind the main streets and 15 minutes from Tepoztlán. There is plenty of open space with grass, ponds, and nature. The room was ample and open and the bathroom and shower were also spacious. The only concern is the cold humidity in room makes sheets feel damp, should keep you the airflow on to prevent. A lot of natural light in the bottom unit we stayed in. The pool and dining area are also nice. The pool is heated and lit at night. Plenty of towels and seating around the pool with hammocks off to the side. The bar is next to it for convenience. The food is decent but nothing special as they probably only serve a few tables a day. There is a good variety on the menu but anything too intricate (like salmon or steak) may disappoint. The chilaquiles, fruit, breads, eggs and some meat are good. There is enough parking for guests but may get tight. Staff was very amicable and service was great albeit a little slow due to staff shortages. The overall capacity is 15 rooms which makes this a quiet and intimate stay. The gym equipment is fairly new and a good enough space for lifting.

Hermosas instalaciones, el personal es muy amable, nos guiaron para llegar y la comida estuvo buena. Tal vez no recomiendo pedir bebidas alcohólicas porque tienen el precio al doble. Pero de resto muy hermoso todo

todo nos gusto , no tengo ninguna sugerencia , esta en buena ubicación ,es muy fácil llegar en carro esta a 10 min del centro de tepoztlán , la comida es buena , tiene varias amenidades como gym , piscina , restaurant , nos gusto mucho

Hermoso lugar para descansar, muy cerca del pueblo de tepoztlan y un excelente higiene de las instalaciones y alberca.

No había ni una silla para sentarte a peinarte o lo que sea….. No había burro y plancha No había secadora de pelo

Muy buena Atencion, excelente higiene en las habitaciones e instalaciones muy cómodas, sin embargo es un poco difícil el acceso a la propiedad

El establecimiento no respetó mi reserva activa activa y confirmada, al llegar me indicaron que no tenían a habitaciones disponibles, la recepcionista aceptó que llegaron otros clientes antes que yo y vendió las habitaciones que yo tenía reservada, el portero me comentó que esto ocurre frecuentemente, el hotel no es como aparece en las fotos, es un timo no se dejen engañar
