Rooms are clean with good amenities. We were served with good breakfast. We enjoyed our overnight stay, overall.

Unimpressed overall. In the area for a funeral. Checked in late in evening. Pricey room. No allowances made for very brief stay. At breakfast, on the menu, it said Clonakilty black pudding was served. It wasn't Clonakilty black pudding at all. I know what Clonakilty black pudding tastes like. Apart from that, breakfast was very disappointing anyway. Stay was an expensive mistake overall. & such a nice setting...

Adequate, but nothing special. No meals available and nothing close by to get food on a mon-we’d evening. Breakfast ok, hot and freshly cooked, but if you want extra items they charge €1 per item. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfy, however on the second day our tea, coffee etc wasn’t replenished and I had to go and ask for some. We got it delivered with apologies. Bottled water on arrival but we used it and it wasn’t replaced. House keeping need to think about the bathroom floor area behind the door. I could actually draw in the dust it was that bad down there. I took a photo to prove it. One or two nights are ok but I certainly wouldn’t want to stay any longer. Free parking in a secure car park and we’re in the court yard rooms so could park directly outside our door.

Unfortunately we were not there long enough to appreciate all the Flynn has to offer. We arrive at 8:30 PM and it was getting dark. We entered through a door from that parking lot that leads through a tavern that has a heavy smoke smell. No one was available at the reception. We were able to get our key and sign in. There is only a narrow stairwell and hall which was challenging to manage heavy luggage. We were able to park in a beautiful gated courtyard. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious enough for our short term need. Overall the building is charming and the location is wonderful. A rural, quiet location about 45 minutes to the airport

Clean, friendly, welcoming, comfortable ... You can't ask for more. This was the first night of our holiday in Ireland. It was brilliant, from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed. It was simply furnished in a personal way - nothing elaborate but everything clean and bright. Breakfast was a delight - the usual fare but all nicely presented and served in a very friendly way. This is B&B only, but it was perfect for what we wanted. Close to the beach too.

Very good one night stopover on our way South - all staff very friendly and helpful, room fab and location perfect. Talk to me about scrambling those eggs though… 8-)

Flynn's is a beautiful traditional guest house. The surroundings are delightful and it is close to Tubbertoby beach. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. Our complimentary breakfast was delicious. Secure parking was available. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

Very nice hotel located within an hour of Dublin. Lovely cooked breakfast. Restaurant was closed but we were directed to a fabulous golf club 5 mins drive away. Very safe off-street parking behind a locked gate.

We stayed for one night and found it to be in a location with little or no restaurants or bars in the area, those recommended at the hotel were either closed or not great. The hotel is very nice downstairs with a nice bar and large restaurant area. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed following Covid which is a real shame as it is a great space and there is little choice nearby. Our room was very small with a standard bed and was backing onto the centre yard where we could hear bar staff chatting during the evening into the night, so it wasn't particularly quiet. The bathroom was small but we did have a decent shower. The breakfast was good but service was very slow. There is plenty of secure parking. All in all it is a hotel that could be so much better and has a lot to offer.
