Gentleman at the desk was a little short with me when we arrived early. One day we did not get our room cleaned or new washcloths. Not much for a continental breakfast.

Upon arriving the large fish tank was so dirty you couldnt hardly see the fish in it and our door to our room was dirty. Staff wasnt friendly at all. The bathroom was clean but tubs could use some work, rusty in places. Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet.

Great staff at this hotel. I stay here before taking a cruise ship out of galveston. Great value for the cost

Nice location between Texas city and Galveston. Beautiful wooden furniture in rooms but they need to be wiped down more often, the one desk in my room had surface mold and the smell of mildew. Still not super bad place for what it’s worth

The staff were kind and helpful. The place was absolutely clean. Good location to shopping. I will be staying there for my annual fishing trips to galveston

Went there for vacation. Lots of disappoin**ents. Hot tub didn't work. Breakfast was horrible, basically just cereal. Hard beds, Rude employees (except for first office guy and cleaning lady), Halls were infused with ********* smoke 1/2 the time. Pool was SUPER chlorinated, burned our eyes. Location was great though. Also they never refilled our room soaps, or coffee. Will not go again. The Best Western across the street is 1000% better. We went there to save a few dollars and very much regret it. This place would be fine for a day or two, but we were there 5 days.

Stayed for one night to catch a cruise the next day. Price was great, staff very nice and friendly. The room amd property was very clean. However, it's outdated. The furniture and decor need updating. The "breakfast" was packaged donuts, a few muffins, bananas and apples nothing really satisfying. It served its purpose for us for just a one night stay.

It was quiet and the a**osphere was comfortable other than the sheets on the bed were still wet. They were clean! But still wet. We slept between the two top layers and not on the sheets. They tried.... Other than the sheets being wet, it was fine.

if you are looking for a cheap decent hotel to stay at to enjoy the galveston area without spending $200 a night then this is the place.. we stayed in room 107, the shower didn't work well however it was still running water to bathe with. the beds were comfortable, room decor was outdated but again we was there just to clean up and sleep not spend our day.
