It was a great experience…Food was really nice….. The ambience was nice………The decoration was nice……..everything was great ….. Had a great time with friends …… clicked a lot of photos………The waiters and waitresses were very nice.Their service was very good. A great thanks to Sheela and bornali.

We visited to Metro Bar which is operated by Cygnett Group of Hotel. The bar is amazing, the food and drinks 🍸 are very delicious. The bartender Bijay Sharma whose have greatest knowledge about drinks and bar, he is very friendly person. Thank you Bijay and Cygnett Hotels.

Honestly I’m not satisfied with the hotel service. They should not ask for ID with repeater guest on every stay. Colleagues are not aware about the DND policy as well as while it was reported to operator, the operator replied that “I’ll inform to colleague and i was not there”. This type of behavior can’t be accepted in hospitality industry. Reply from Duty ***ager was only sorry instead of asking the reason to colleague. Brand like ‘Cygnett’ and the colleague handles the complaint on this way is pathetic.

The ambience, the service, the staffs, the view and most importantly the food is upto the mark and leaves a very small window for anyone to complain about anything. One only drawback if I've to state any, would be the waiting time for food. But with the fine quality of food they provide, Even that's very well deserved.

We had a business meet here. Great service. Would like to come back again. Thanks to Mr. Gautam Deka and Mr. Aditya and Mr. Naba.
