It was a stay of convenience, all other hotels were booked. Check in was at 3pm Check out 11am not even a 24hr stay.the bathroom was water damaged, towels were dirty, stained.

Convenient to WinStar. Have stayed there twice, neither time did their TV work in the room. Nice staff. When they say 3:00 pm check in, they mean it. Arrived at 2:35 and had to wait until 3:00 to check in.

I traveled around the world for business for over 40 years and stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life. The bed in this hotel was absolutely the worst bed I've ever slept on. This hotel is near the Winstar ****** and I get that they jack up the price on weekends but for over $250 a night, you would expect to get a decent bed

I only spent a night here, I was assisting to a concert in the ******. It was expensive, but it was good considering how close to the venue. A nice clean hotel that served its purpose.

Service was less than average, called front desk three times before they answered. They were not clear on answers when asked specific questions. Misleading.

Over priced due to the area but clean, nice breakfast. Bed is really hard and there are no extra covers.

The condition of furniture in the room was old and broken down and had stains. The bathroom shower curtain was torn and dirty. Poor lighting.

The rudest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered and I have traveled all over the world. She shouldn’t be allowed to work with the public!

The place was a dump. Pinching pennies on everything. Thermostats were at their lowest setting. Place was cold. The free breakfast was cold cereal and prepackaged bagels and such.
