This was my 2nd stay in this hotel and I did a big mistake by returning here. In my first visit also, the room was not properly cleaned, washroom was stinking! The bedsheets were not changed. I am staying at this hotel at present and the same issue persists- room is smelling of pee and stinks to the core. It is impossible to even stand in the room. Housekeeping doesn’t bother to keep the rooms clean and doesn’t care of the guests at all! The phone in the room was not working. Worst is, with just 1 elevator working, you have to keep waiting for the lift to come. So if you are at 28th floor, God help you! Least, they could not even keep a ‘toaster’ for the breakfast. The bread packet is kept for you to eat the bread as it is.

Bath towels and glass was missing. The rooms are small and just ok. I paid 5k for the booking and was expecting a bigger room with good linen.

Hotel is very amazing, the view from room is totally and money worthy i had stayed for one night and night view is really superb, cozy rooms with good ambience

After paying a decent amount for a better room my expectations were not met. Room had cracks in a wall. Asked for a room change but no staff came. They asked me to upgrade and pay more. Had to call twice n waited for an hour. No towels were provided. No dustbin in washroom. Overall this place is overhyped not worth at all. Will not recommend this place atall.

Pathetic stay ! small rooms, stained bed sheets, dirty bathrooms. We changed 3 rooms 2 had stained bed sheets and one had dirty bathroom. Manager is saying will fix the problem once you complaint. Very unprofessional behaviour.
