ヒルビューアパートメンツとビークルレンタル(Hillview Apartments and Vehicle Rental)

施設: 家族連れには十分な広さの部屋。洗面所は改善が必要です (「レインフォール」シャワーヘッドがありませんでした。シャワーヘッド、蛇口、トイレのアップグレードが大いに必要でした) が、すべて機能していました。お湯が出ます。エアコンは最高です。リビングルームにエアコンを追加する必要があります。プールは最高です。遊びや水泳よりもくつろぐのに適しています (水があふれてしまうことを管理者が懸念しています)。キッチンは食器、フライパン、調理器具など、設備が整っています。少し手入れすれば、素晴らしい滞在場所になるでしょう。3/5 ロケーション: 別荘からの眺めは最高です。グランド アンス ビーチに近いです。非常に急な坂を上り下りする必要がありますが、ビーチに近いことを考えると問題ありません (良い運動になります)。公共交通機関は近くにあります (丘の下)。4/5 清潔さ: ボカの清掃員は一流で、シフト中は素晴らしい仕事をしてくれました。キムも素晴らしく、とても優しく親切でした! 清掃は一貫して行う必要があります。宣伝されているように毎日ではありませんでした。 4/5 管理/オフィス: もっとフレンドリーでゲストを手助けしてくれると良いのですが。しかし、プライバシーは守ってくれました。2/5 総合的に 3/5

場所がわかりにくかったです。入って最初に出てくるのは、浴室の蛇口を開けると汚い水です。 1台のベッドに1台のマットレス。回すと沈みます。もう一つは箱バネのように硬かったです。タオルは薄汚れていて、汚れていました。バスルームの窓にはカーテンがありません。電子機器を充電する場所がありません。トイレはノンストップで稼働中。ベッドリネンはダイバーカラーでした。

スタッフはとても温かくて礼儀正しいです。ヒルビューを他の人にもぜひお勧めします。景色は素晴らしいです。おもてなしに感謝します。

I booked the family apar**ent on the 16th January for our visit to Grenada. A couple days before our arrival, the receptionist calls to inform us that the family apar**ent was over booked by one day, and that just for that day/night we will be given 2 separate apar**ents and move into the family apar**ent on the second day. This was fine and I agreed. To make a long story short, these apar**ents do not live up the expectations as pictured. If you’re traveling with small children it is VERY unsafe. We stayed half the day and demanded a refund due to the condition of the apar**ents. Apar**ent 1- appliances seemed very outdated, except the kettle. The roof in the kitchen was falling as there was a big hole. The TV that was supposed to be on the wall was on a table not plugged in which I later found out was because they don’t usually use that apar**ent. There was dust on one of the beds and termite droppings on the second bed. The shower had cobweb, soap scum and calcium build up on the soap dish and the sink faucet constantly leaks, causing water to soak the floor, again they were aware of this. The towels were dingy and discolored which they informed me this was used to wipe the wet floor. When we checked the second apar**ent, shower had no shower head, and cobweb in the shower and I didn’t stay long enough to view the room. Safe to say.. NEVER AGAIN

The pictures used to advertise the property are very misleading. The surroundings are kept dirty and the place could do with an uplift. The apar**ents were cleaner than expected however. Vehicle we rented was in poor condition as well.

I have a very spacious quiet self contained room with a great view. I was able to relax peacefully. I had no complaints.

The hosts were really attentive and couldn't do enough to help me- organising me getting from the airport and quickly sorting out issues I had in the apar**ent (me being useless rather than anything wrong !!) The apar**ent is basic but perfect for my needs and extremely clean- housekeeping are absolutely on it ☺️I had a massive wraparound balcony too !! 5 minutes walk to the most beautiful beach, and 10 minutes from a great supermarket and a small shopping centre. Bus stops just down the hill from the apar**ent- the hill is not for the faint of heart, but the pool at the top is AMAZING !! And the views ❤️ A few great places to eat really close to the apar**ent too. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to the wonderful Grenada. Thank you Hillside !!

The hilltop view was very scenic however the location is inaccessible for public transport

A daily sports exercise to get up the hill. But a good price and not far from the beach.
