This hotel would have got 5 star from me for every aspect if not for its mess over my bill. The hotel, in all fairness, is really good. It’s clean, reasonably spacious, and it’s tastefully decorated. More importantly, it has everything! All kitchen ware, washing machine, dryer, etc etc all in the room itself. Perfect for us who are on a long travel itinerary. Highly recommended. However, after I checked out, they charged me for the nights that I’ve already prepaid. When I got in touch by email, no response. By phone, the receptionist said she couldn’t do anything. Only the manager could handle it and he/she only comes on Sundays. On Sunday, I couldn’t get through the phone. So I’m getting help from a Trip.com agent. So far, this matter is still hanging. Hopefully it can be resolved soon and the overcharge can be refunded.

Excellent service and facilities keep up the great work. Away with work alot rooms feel inviting and well appointed very comfortable.

Very nice Studio units just outside the center of Nelson. Lots of nice touches: the jetted tub, a washer dryer in the room, among them. I was very comfortable here. A few very minor problems or flaws (a key that stuck in the door, uninspiring view over a parking lot), but I would not hesitate to stay here again. It has everything one needs to enjoy wonderful Nelson and the surrounding area.

We loved this place! We had a warm welcome and two dinners at the Tides Eatery riverside patio across the street, where we fully relaxed after a long trip one day and a long hike the next. Our favorite thing about the room was the free laundry. Our least favorite thing was the rather hammock-like rollaway bed. It needed a suitcase and pillows underneath for support. But all in all, we’d happily stay here again.

We had a comfortable night stay at de lorenzos. It was close to town and amenities. Would recommend this property as a home from home fot travellers.

The room was exceptional with the most amazing shower! The start to my stay wasn't that great as I arrived to a notice on the door to say I had to go to another motel to check in. When I went to the other motel to check in I was told that this information had been emailed to me and texted. The email was sent at mid day when I was already travelling (and NO reception) - they should email you this information when you book ie a week before! No text recieved either. After 8 hours of driving this was just a hassle I didn't need.

Very much enjoyed our stay, very comfortable, lots of room, & like having laundry facilities in our bathroom. Very good place to go from & come back to while exploring the area. Enjoyed Tides restaurant, good food, just across the road. Staff was helpful on places to see. If I lived closer would come again. Great places for people travelling around the country.

We were really happy with the room, it had everything we needed. Great location, walking distance to centre of Nelson. Thank you, we would stay again!
