流程要求都符合Hyatt的標準,櫃檯的作業更是國際高標專業的接待服務.沒有缺點！還有最讓人滿意的是禮賓部的接送服務,不但在抵達的前幾天, Email給了接機的Meeting point地圖及步驟圖文說明,讓接送機服務簡單方便,而且都是免費的,真是完美無缺Perfect !!

Stayed here for 3 night during late April 2024, for the sixth time already. This is one of the very best HR hotels out there, quality of both hard and soft products is just amazing, also amazing and very friendly staff, no request is too difficult for them. Top quality food. Great and clean rooms. Very comfy beds. And superb garden with walking trail that we absolutely adore. Will be back!

This hotel really is a 5-start hotel. The decor is grand and the service is incredible. You never have to wander around to figure out where anything is or how it works - there is always someone nearby who is more than willing to explain things to you and offer assistance. The food at Ambroisia (the restaurant) was pricey but worth every cent - the flavor palette was a.ma.zing. and I have never seen such a varied and delicious breakfast spread - definitely sign up for that when you check in! The facilities were lovely, and the room was in great condition. It really enables relaxation and rest. And there is even a walking/running trail around the hotel - clearly marked - that beckons you to enjoy the weather. The pool is huge, and I'm plotting to bring my family back for a longer stay.

We had a good one night stay during a short overlay in Thessaloniki. The hotel is very close to the airport but you will need a shuttle to get there. It is roughly a 5 minute drive to and from the airport. The courtesy shuttle was always on time and we had been the only guests on 4 rides (we had to go twice to and from the airport). Hotel is in a landscaped garden and pretty much a typical but above average Hyatt Regency. Staff was extremely friendly and our room on the second floor was somewhat dated but immaculate clean. Be aware that the location is very far away from the city center abd therefore not well suited for sightseeing. Overall I would recommend staying here.

The excellent dining selections at the Hotel Regency are one of its best features. At the hotel's restaurant, guests can enjoy delectable Mediterranean fare that is skillfully prepared using ingredients that are acquired locally. The breakfast buffet is very impressive, with a wide selection of tasty and fresh alternatives to get your day started. I will visit again soon on my next business trip!!!!

I always stay at the Hyatt when I have an early flight the next morning as they have a transfer shuttle to the airport. Staff are attentive, the hotel is nice, clean and was beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The food is also delicious. The rooms are big and comfortable and have huge beds.

I had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki. The hotel is classy yet in great condition and mature, it shows its experience in a positive way due to its age. Staff was absolutely fantastic, genuinely friendly professional and kind. You can be proud of your staff. Would definitely return.
