The Willows staff went above and beyond to take care of our big group of friends traveling. From setting up the fire every night to organizing 4am taxis to the airport- everyone was so helpful! Rooms are very clean and ours had a great view of the soccer stadium. Close to many great spots in Thimphu.

I stay at The Willows every time I’m in Thimphu. This is probably my 6th stay and it won’t be my last. Bhakti and the rest of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is always immaculately clean and the rooms are just perfect. I love the airy windows and views over the stadium. Everything is so close to walk to, with lots of great restaurants around. I love the live music they sometimes have on the patio where they serve momos and dosa, among other great menu items. The a**osphere is always fantastic. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located just opposite to the Stadium... Rooms, food, service, staff All quite classy. The receptionist Ms. Bhakti is a cordial and helpful lady..in Fact, all the staff are helpful.. Breakfast is lengthy. Must try Their Pan cskes.

The room is the cosiest, well decorated, lots of space for storing luggage & sumptuous meals. Most of all each & every member of the staff are so attentive & prompt. It is a Five Star hotel in the garb of boutique hotel!

Sicuramente è molto comodo perché in posizione centrale a due minuti a piedi dalla Clock Tower e dalla strada principale. Più confortevole degli hotel in cui siamo stati nelle valli laterali a Phunakha o Gangtey, ma senza dubbio molto anonimo. Stanza e bagno con un arredamento molto basico e senza stile. La strada di fronte all’hotel molto trafficata e rumorosa. Un poco meglio la cena e la colazione a buffet rispetto ad altri hotel. Considerata la media dell’offerta nel Bhutan, senza dubbio un pochino meglio rispetto alle altre strutture in cui abbiamo soggiornato.
