The South Park Hotel

The staff were lovely. The internet / WiFi really let them down. It wasn’t secure site, it kept dropping out and apps wouldn’t load.

Sajit kuttan the bar ***ager was excellent and value for money. Recommend for life. Excellent service and Robin gave us good vibe and amazing nigh to remember. Hats off Robin. South Park is a place to go for fun,leisure and relaxation

Exalent hotel for staying in Thiruvananthapuram because really good atmosphere and great security frond office staffs are well groomed and the rooms are so beautiful and the all room well maintained and also i am mentioning the hotel GM binoy sir he is very friendlier and really a good *** and i am so happy to stayed in the hotel south park

South Park is conveniently located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Secretariat and not far from the Sree Pad***abhaswamy Temple. We were allowed to check in more than 2 hours before the standard time, which was appreciative. Very good sized rooms, comfortable beds ***** with a clean bathroom. We were allotted a room on the 4th floor. Some of the furniture may appear old-styled though that is not a concern. The AC functioning was a bit of an issue which made the room very cold though the weather outside was quite the opposite. Considering the kind of place, the food especially the breakfast, though not bad, could have been better. May not be a bad idea to stay here and try other better food options in the city, which are not too far. The hotel staff was co-operative and prompt in attending to regular requirements. A good stay option to consider when travelling to Thiruvananthapuram.

This is one of the historic hotels of Trivandrum. Pros: - The location is great and near to all major city attractions and shopping places. - Tariff is quite affordable and has value for money. - The staff is very cooperative including security, front office, and reservations. A special thanks to Poornima for the support extended while booking and accommodating all our additional requests. - The rooms are quite big with all the necessary facilities like a writing desk, tea table, chairs, fridge, tea/coffee maker, drinking water and toiletries. Cons: - The breakfast has a very good spread but was over by 9:40 am on the day we went for breakfast. The staff mentioned that this situation was to unexpected sudden bookings.

A very calm place with excellent amenities.. the hosts and everyone in the staff are very welcoming and warm people … the food was extremely delicious and the rooms were spacious and clean .. had a great time here with my family .. looking forward for more visits to this place in near future … must visit ❤️

Courteous staff, nice location and comfortable experience basis hygiene and overall ambiance. Food was also not too spicy. Good room service. Easy check in and check out. Local market is nearby and Pad***abhanswamy temple is also near and you get local conveyance very easily.

Excellent service and food. The restaurant staff was very courteous and friendly. Good was amazing. We tried delicacies from different cuisines and loved it all. If you are in trivandrum make sure to try out this place. Loved the experience overall!

During our stay at South Park hotel,in medical emergency we experienced a very helpful & immediate response from Mr ***n, Mr Sunish & on duty driver who took us to the hospital in late night hours.The staff was very cooperative & obedient. Thank you very much.
