We stayed here for 3 days on a half board basis. The check in process was seamless. Our room was quite spacious but cleanliness was not up to the mark. I found floss, and a couple small items under the sink. Our used coffee cups were not rinsed and used glasses were not taken away. We had to place these outside the room after which they were cleared. Breakfast buffet had plenty of selections and variety. Dinner offering was limited on couple days due to Passover. Property has adult pool and kiddie pools with great views of the Sea of Galilee. Roof top bar offers great views of the city.
Stayed at this property for 4 nights during a trip to the Galilee. We were personally greeted by the general manager, who explained that a large number of displaced families from the north were currently residing at the property. It was a privilege to reside in the same hotel with them. Rooms were clean and well maintained with stellar views from the lake facing accommodations. We needed the bed split into two singles, and that was done promptly. Any requests were handled quickly and pleasantly. Daily breakfast was robust with a wide selection of offerings. Restaurant staff were helpful, courteous, and thorough. Special mention to Nati, the night manager, who always greeted us warmly - by name - whenever we arrived at or left the hotel and really took care of us during our stay. He, the general manager, and the rest of the staff give great credit to the Leonardo brand and to this property specifically.
I’ve been as part of a tour in this hotel for two nights. The first room was simply horrible; no bulb in a lamp, safe not working, toilet seat not fixed, dirty and smallest bed I’ve ever got. After explaining the issues and asked for repair I got another room with a normal bed and a nice view through a window where a small person wouldn’t see anything as it is just a small window high placed in the wall. Unfortunately also this room was dirty and the shower and the toilet wasn’t fixed properly. Very sad as the people are mainly friendly
ゲゲストI wanted to book directly a bed in 8 bed dorms I saw online, so I just walked-in without a reservation and asked for a bed for the night. The receptionist and owner who attended that day said that due to a bug in the booking system it doesn't get an accurate read of the availability. I was very happy when they offered to upgrade me to a bed in a 4 bed dorm WITH bathroom/shower ensuite at the same price! Thank you!! They also offered recommendations for Falafel and fresh juice nearby. The room was great, with an air condition and even a small fridge. The bathroom was clean and functional. Linen and a towel included. There is a cool rooftop with a bar in the evening! Lots of communal space including a pool table and tv room. Strong wi-fi. The hostel is in a prime location, right at the heart and main streets of the cities, with supermarkets, restaurants, central bus station, and all bus stops to the various points of interest around the Sea of Galilee, and the beaches of course. Enjoyed every minute and will return!
