Love love love this place. A small hotel but super cozy. Everything seemed so clean and elegant. Super updated condition. Location is extremely convenient. They also have cheese and wine from 5-7pm complimentary. The room is small but cozy. They used very good quality products including sanitizers and lotions. We would love to go back again.

This property is made unique by Nancy who helps run this beautiful botique hotel. From welcoming you in the evening with winr and cheese, to the beautiful rooms that have robes, to the beautiful deck that faces out to SF they have 3 gas fire places and very nice sesting. Breakfast is served in your room and plenty to choose from. You have to experience this place at least once. You will not be disappointed.

Such a cute place! I love the views and the outdoor patio. The rooms are lovely - fireplace, comfortable bedding, oversized tub/shower. We love this spot.

We stayed just one evening for a short getaway, and Water’s Edge was everything we needed. The staff — particularly Nancy— were great. The hotel gets lots of small things right, like a complementary wine and cheese hour at 5 PM, where we mingle with other guests; and the breakfast delivered right to our door, at our time of choosing, in the morning. The hotel is very central, in Tiburon is a lovely little place, with lots of dining and wine, gorgeous views of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge, etc.

Comfortable, clean and quiet! I loved staying here. This hotel has all the charm of Tiburon in one room. The staff was friendly and the amenities (wine, wood burning fireplace, complimentary breakfast delivered to your door!) were surprisingly delightful.

Great experience. Loved the fresh cookies, wine, and coffee that was offered. Especially loved that you had a decaf coffee option. The room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect. I would 10/10 stay there again. Special thank you to Nancy at the front desk. She was so pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, very comfortably bed and pillows, nice breakfast in our room, very clean and updated room and great location to restaurants.

Fantastic hotel. Great amenities, complementary wine and cheese after 5, and the staff is very attentive and so nice. Complementary breakfast brought to your room. We would definitely stay here again!
