The price we liked the rooms are dirty, sheets had stains, toilet bowl was stained brown and the shower was stained.

The sheets were not clean. They were unwilling to change the sheets. They offered another room and before we could inspect the bed, the manager informed us if we inspected the bed that we would have no choice but to take the room regardless of how clean the sheets were. The employees were unprofessional and walked out on us when we wanted the sheets cleaned. We were basically threatened to take what they gave to us. Book here at your own risk.

This is the cleanest, most comfy hotel stay ive had. A+ in my book. The room was big and accomodating. Im definitely booking again for every week on my travel business trips

No one at counter to check in. 2nd Building did not have a clearly marked entrance. 2nd Building doors would not shut. Room was ice cold. Heater barely worked, and took 12 hours to warm up. Bathroom towel had a hair on it, appearing to have been previously used. Appliances on the floor. TV remote did not work. Blackout curtains do not work with the parking lot light right outside of the window. Nobody at the desk for check out.

Our first room had black mold very visible on the roof and the smell was over bearing. Our second room held a lot of moisture and mold was starting to develop. The front desk people didn’t come a few times when I went to the front desk to ask for towels.

Lots of mold in room. No glasses or cups, so I had to go to the front desk to get something. There was supposed to be a custom hot breakfast in the morning, but there was no chef. I went to the front desk and complained and one showed up about 10 min later.

It was difficult to understand the person at the desk, had to ask for my ID and cars back more than once. The room had dirty towels in more than once place, broken light bulbs and bugs in a drawer. TV always said no signal. WI-FI barely worked. There was never anyone around to speak to in order to try to move rooms and there wasn’t another hotel available for me to move to. I’ll never stay here again and shouldn’t have had to pay for that.

Room is comfy but has a musty smell. This is my 4th time staying there as my son is in college and this is the cheapest place for me to stay. Employees very unprofessional. I went to checkout and the lady looked like she just crawled out of bed, her hair was a mess, eyes barely open and acted like I interrupted her. The pool has been closed for who knows how long. They are painting the outside and looks better.

Room was clean and in good condition. Property buildings’ exteriors were being painted extensively all day long. I can tell the owner is trying to renovate the hotel.
