テニアン オーシャン ビュー ホテル(Tinian Ocean View Hotel)

We are a family of 2 adults with 2 teens; stayed here and it was a comfortable stay. Our room had 2 full size beds; placed back to back from each other to accommodate the horizontal container style. It's unique actually. This is why we chose this hotel to begin with, we wanted our teens to experience something different. The hotel rate is actually not cheap. You can probably get a regular hotel around the area cheaper or comparable to their rate but then again, we wanted something different and close to the beach. The overall room was pleasant, comfortable and clean. Even the bathroom. Includes a small table, mini fridge and TV. A/C is cold. Shower pressure was strong with consistent hot water. WiFi was strong. Nothing fancy. The beach is just steps away from the hotel. Convenient if you are here for the beach or for R&R. We were out to tour around the island so we didn't get to enjoy the beachside. We were pretty much out all day. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There's also special parking at the back for guests. Safe. Water bottles are not included here nor do they provide toothbrushes, shampoo etc. They did provide towels which are freshly laundered and clean. Overall, a clean and comfortable, no frills hotel. Serves its purpose for us. We wouldn't mind staying here again in the future.

This is a great option for staying overnight in Tinian. The hotel is right next to 2 excellent beaches with very good snorkeling and swimming. Staff is outstanding. It's made out of shipping containers and very compact and simple.

Great location to the beach and friendly staff. The walls are a little thin and other guests taking outside woke me up at 1:30 AM. The internet wasn't working during my entire stay which made it difficult for me to work.

The Ocean View was fantastic, would definitely recommend. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner if that’s important to you: the rooms we stayed in had wall-mounted soap dispensers: it was fine, just a little unexpected.

This was a fine stay and suited our needs adequately. Comfortable bed. Just a few words of caution to future patrons: The rooms are very small. Internet did not work at all while we were there. Outlets are European, not US, so you need an adapter (they provide them) to plug in a phone charger, and you may not plug in anything other than a charger without permission. Water boiler in our room was functional but leaky.

The bathroom is small

It's basically just a small room with a nice bed and restroom / shower. That's all I was looking for, and the price is reasonable. Small complaint is that the TV is of very poor quality. The picture is fine, but the speaker quality terrible. Probably won't bother people with totally OK hearing. I have a mild hearing loss. While my hearing loss is not enough usually to cause a problem, when a poor speaker is added, I basically can't understand anything. The remote was in Japanese, so I could not figure out if any of the buttons would turn on closed captioning. But, I did not really need a TV anyway, so this is a small complaint. I would recommend for anyone looking for a small, no frills, clean room.
