Good place for friends & family, Tasty & good food both buffet & alakart.Very clean & spacious rooms. Friendly staff & very supportive especially Mr Karthik. You can play TT, Snooker & fooseball. Very clean swimming pool. Will visit again.

We had a very comfortable stay during our trip to Tirupati for the Tirumala visit, having driving across from Chennai to Hyderabad, the location with its ambiance was a bliss and indeed spiritual….Karthik, have assisted us with the process, ***ashi at lotus was graceful and hospitable and must mention Sravan for his help. Great stay, thanks to the team

The pool and housekeeping guy Venkat was amazing, very polite and helpful service, refreshing swimming laps before and after day spa at this resort. Totally recommend you hang out here enjoy sun, umbrellas, fresh air and ambience.

Very helpful staff. Well-maintained. Ask for Sravan. Very clean and beautiful hotel. The food is also amazing. Come here and have a wonderful stay at Tirupati. We stayed for 2 nights and it was really enjoyable with our family. Highly recommended.

I was allotted room 1100, and just began to sleep when I heard a knock. Thought it was in the TV, then the door opened and I saw 2 people at the door who said the the room was allotted to them. I was shocked to see this at a 4 star property. Took a walk down to the reception ***** with the other 2 guests. Totally terrible experience… will never stay at a place that calls itself a 4-star but is actually worser than a lodge in terms of security and room aircon as well. General advise is to give this property a pass,even if you get at a lower price

Pleasant stay. Location is also very convenient. It is close to the important spots. The staff was also very helpful in guiding the guests. It is an excellent place to stay and visit the temples around. Special mention for Shravan, Neha and Eshan.

Sravan received me and helped me with luggage. Very humble and kind person. Will look forward to visit again. Good food as well.

The check in process was smooth and a very comfortable stay at Marasa Sarovar. Excellent hospitality at lotus cafe by Mr. Kourav, Subhash, Monisha, Nisha, Januka & Durga and the entire team. Apologies if I missed anyone out. The hospitality is 10 on 10. Every one of these member deserve a special mention for making our stay memorable and excellent. We will definitely always choose Marasa Sarovar over everything else for all our future visits. Thank you once again.

We enjoyed our stay at this place & wish to visit again. The staff is very supportive specially Ehshan,Neha and Nisha. They ***aged my kids also during lunch,dinner & breakfast time so that I could relish the food . Buffet has a lavish spread. Overall menu and taste is also excellent.
