Very hospitable staff and very aesthetic rooms (very spacious). Luggage staff (Srinivas) was very helpful both for carrying luggages and taking pictures haha. The buffet had a wide range from South Indian food to continental, everything packed with flavor. There were many vegetarian options which we appreciated a lot. Amazing location as well

I stayed at marasa sarovar hotel the property was very nice clean & near environment, peaceful location Beautiful view point on hill face The pool was very good condition my kids are happily to swim Food was excellent at Krishna restaurant that thalli Special thanks to Mr kannaya he suggested to stay here

Terrible service from the reception team. No smile on their faces or warm greeting . Staff Aman was rude and showed his disinterest in serving me. It’s a long ride to Tirupati. The Hotel only provides transport and nothing else. Not even a piece of advice for foreigners. Breakfast was simple and basic. Only the staffs helping with the bags were friendly and strikes conversations . That is appreciable. Overall would recommend if it is only for 1 night.

The staff were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The amenities were top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and commitment to excellence that this hotel embodies. Highly recommended!

Our experience was amazing at the hotel. The hotel breakfast was the best we have had in any Indian hotel taste wise, and the staff was very cooperative. Swimming pool is also build well, even in heat- one can use the pool as it is in shade. Thanks to bk Reddy and team.
