Check in was easy, front desk staff recommended restaurant downstairs so after we went up stairs and dropped off our bags we headed down for dinner with our family we were traveling with that we’re staying in another room. Restaurant was empty that should have been our first clue but we sat. Waitress came over smelled like cigarettes, gross when we’re about to have dinner with small children especially. We ordered she came back they were out of 2 items so we chose something else. Food came out and it was on the verge of inedible. Everything was frozen and fried and not even fried well. One guest had fish and chips he took one bite and said the fish was rancid and the fries were all mushy. Another ordered nachos it wasn’t even with real cheese it was canned cheese blobbed on a pile of chips, another had wings that weren’t fried all the way 1/2 cooked 1/2 under, fruit for kids meal was rotten. Just gross. Went back upstairs and noticed we got a handicap room without a tub. That’s not what we booked. With children we needed the tub. The sink had holes the toilet has a piece broken off that looks like they used some white paint to stick back on. Rust all in the shower, there was hair left in the shower from whoever stayed there before us. Bed was hard as a rock pillows were flat as pancakes. Tv was miniature size. Very disappointed. Didn’t expect the ritz but for $168 a night in a little town we expected what the pictures showed. The pictures are a lie. Don’t stay here!

Everything was great the staff was wonderful the hotel was very clean my room was clean the only thing was whoever stayed next door to me was very unruly and loud but my experience there was great

This hotel was easy to find and convient to book. The price was good. The room was a good size, t.v. was small but expected. A bit difficult to get on the wifi so I stop trying. The bathroom amentities were good and love the fridge in the room. The pull out couch needs to be replaced the mattress was horrible and they didnt have any linen in the room for it. Please replace the couch, we needed the 3rd bed and it was horrible. Overall the staff was friendly and took our pictures in front of the beautiful christmas tree. I would stay again when in Fl from S.C. Thanks.

The room was spacious and had fridge which is a must for us. Room climate control worked well. The shower temperature could have been hotter. It wasn’t cold but we like a hot steamy shower. The bed was a bit firm for us but others might like that. The staff were very pleasant and made the interaction personal. A for the staff.

Stayed one night prior to cruise out of Port Canaveral. Staff were friendly and location was great. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

Very nice and quiet property next to cracker and barrel, friendly staff. Nothing to complain.

Easy on and off Rt 95. Set back from road so very quiet. Rooms were big and clean. Need to update tv’s and more outlets would be nice. Real creamers vs powder would be nice too
