I am writing to formally express my appreciation for the exceptional experience I recently enjoyed at Rixos Premium Bodrum in Turkey. My stay was marked by several noteworthy aspects: 1) The culinary offerings were truly exceptional, boasting a diverse array of delectable options available throughout the day. 2) I had the privilege of staying in one of the newly renovated rooms, which featured modern decor and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the surroundings. 3) The private beach, a veritable gem, left a lasting impression with its stunning beauty and the added convenience of bar service facilitated through QR codes. 4) The attentive and proficient staff, proficient in English, contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my stay. 5) While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, it is worth noting that the entertainment options, particularly the availability of live music, could benefit from improvement, as the only available entertainment occurred at 9:30 PM. In summation, I am delighted with my stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum and have every intention of returning in the future. The exceptional food, the newly renovated rooms, the captivating private beach, and the attentive staff all combined to make my stay truly memorable.

Zero hospitality! Their guest relations is horrible. I got sick during the trip and had to go to hospital. Nobody even asked what happened to me and if they can do anything for me. On our last day, we have requested more time at the room as I had Covid and was sleeping all day. They have extended for 2 hours and rest of the time we were with the rest of the guests freely moving in the hotel. To sum, it is super unfortunate that this natural beauty is in the handa of such uncapable guest relations.

It is really nice and lovely ambiance and people working here are very nice and friendly. The Eren and Shahriyar from lobby bar are perfect. They were very helpful with choosing cocktails. Also the guest relations department is very smiling and helpful.

Eren made best gin Tonic for us! Everything was good. The weather was good, restaurant was perfect, every person try to do best for us. We really loved alacatd restaurants. The room was clean. There I trued my best hookah. And restaurant people was cool

Pelin from guest relations and Ilayda from pool bar and Eren from lobby bar are the most amazing host and so efficient. They both are so amazing and so efficient. We will back here in Bodrum because of your great hotel!!! Thank you all the staff for being so kind to us

really good service, buffet food was good - main restaurant (turquoise) breakfast was good - spent 15 euros to the l’olvio restaurant - delicious food, definitely recommend, Staff are friendly too. Buggy comes every 15 minutes so just be mindful - as it’s steep to and from main lobby. overall really good and would come again- maybe in June than April.

The experience is awesome! With the best service & beautiful setting!! Sitting on the terrace listening to Samir is heavenly! The staff is soooo helpful & cheerful. Food is fantastic at the restaurant & the People's. Spa was fabulous. Fish is the cutest ever!

Amazing hotel with a beautiful territory full of greens. Food was super delicious: grate choice of cheese, olives, meat, fruits and sweets in main restaurant. Quality of food no less than good restaurants in Istanbul and that’s impressive. As big tea lover i was happy every day visit Godiva cafe, they have big tea selection and of course chocolate. With husband we also enjoyed spa with a good equipped gym and steam, sauna, hammam. Special thanks for our assistant team Selen and Nazifa, they are very attentive, everyday provide information and all the time ready to help with anything we need. ❤️ Atmosphere in the hotel so peaceful and relaxed. We definitely like Rixos and planning to visit it again.
