beautiful property, the staff its very pleasant and try to accompany your needs. we traveled with small children and they helped us with all our requests. the hotel has a restaurant on site and dinner was delicious. Also on reception area they have a mini bar ans prepare couple drinks and nice lounge area to enjoy it. i highly recommended. its a very short and easy drive from Assisi and has beautiful views of the city and the mountains. my only small complaint it was the bed was very hard..:(. but some people like it. I recommend it.

My wife and would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that they provided. We thank management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service. Exemplary pleased and will definitely come back to stay here.

All in all, excellent. Loved our stay here with a small baby. Nice food in the restaurant each night, and relaxed. Pool was clean, with pool bar. Very good value for money. The only thing to comment was that the AC was a bit unreliable, one night it did not work fully.

Wonderful stay at Ripa Relais, which we would consider an upscale agriturismo. We spent 5 nights at Ripa Relais during the sizzling July weather across Italy and yet it was noticeably cooler here than the other cities we visited. Great views from the Ripa Relais swimming pool across the Chiasco river valley to Assisi. We were on half-board so had (delicious!) dinners ready every evening after returning from our day trips. The National 318 road is right down the hill from Ripa Relais so when the wind turns you can hear some of the traffic but that did not bother us and the road is convenient to rapidly reach other cities. From Ripa Relais, we were able to make day trips even as far as Orvieto, with closer cities being Spoleto, Montefalco, Assisi and of course Perugia which is 20 minutes away by car. Family-owned. Big thank-you to all the staff as the place was quite full and the summer season in full swing but they were all in cheerful and helpful disposition.

We stayed here for 3 nights in June, choosing the hotel based on the good reviews and the location. We were not disappointed, the estate is simply stunning, beautiful buildings, flowers and olive trees! Our room was simply furnished but extremely comfortable, and came with their own olive oil soaps, shower gel and body lotion which are fantastic! The pool was clean and the sunbeds were very comfortable, there is a small pool bar also with a few snack and drink options. The breakfast system worked well for us, due to covid there is no buffet currently, instead you message the team via WhatsApp the evening before with what you would like, choosing from a wide range of savoury and sweet options. When you're at breakfast you can ask for additional items as well - the homemade cake is a highlight! We ate at the restaurant multiple nights as the food was so good, the menu isn't large but everything is perfectly cooked and uses local ingredients. There is also a bar with views over the countryside and of Assissi which was the perfect spot for aperitivo! The whole team were excellent, really friendly and helpful, we will be staying here the next time we are in Umbria for sure!

Such a nice and lovely place. I recommend a few days with partner in super relax . We were a group of friends maybe too crazy but was very relaxing and nice anyway. Personal kind and helpful. Have to admit that due to COVID breakfast had to be ordered the night before and since we were a big group, the quantity were a bit confused when ordering and first morning we were still hungry … so add + 2 if you have to order the night before. The rooms were ok, everything clean and in order … just one of the rooms had many ant visit in the bathroom, they were coming from the ceiling.

Tutto meravigliosamente eccellente ,spa compresa 😀 la camera pulita e tutto ordinato e curato .farei un po’ più accurata la colazione …però un posto cui tornerò presto 😊personale molto gentile …peccato per la piscina esterna che non era ancora agibile

Siamo ritornati per la 3 volta, abbiamo riscontrato sempre la stessa impressione, un posto magnifico sempre curato con personale gentile. L' esperienza più significativa riguarda il ristorante migliorato in maniera netta sia per le qualità del cibo e nell' impiattamento SUPER . Lo consiglio

Ho soggiornato due notti per lavoro, il posto è ben tenuto e pulito. La colazione buona e variegata, il personale gentilissimo. Essendo stato da loro per lavoro non posso esprimere giudizi sulla spa e sulla piscina non avendo e usufruito. Ma se tanto mi dà tanto.... Da ritornare.
