ウォーターフロント ブティック スイーツ(Waterfront Boutique Suites)

This stay was so disappointing, the apartment was nice with a view, but the trains that ran by every half hour were soo loud. The apartment was philthy, the dishes were dirty in cupboards , the sheets stunk like b.o, the laundry machine wouldn’t dry our clothes, which conformed the dirty sheets. This made us late to check out, where the cleaner was super aggressive and threatened to call police on us, the host msged us threatening to keep our deposit. Luckily the team at trip.com understood our situation and ensured that we would be receiving our full $300 deposit back! The bathroom was disturbing the tub was NOT clean and mildew was everywhere , I had to break out the tilex and rubbergloves just so we could shower. No we will not be staying with this company again. Right and the apartment was stuck on a staggering 86 degrees, the coolest it got was 82 with the door open the entire stay. We barely got any sleep because of this🥵😡🤬

I stayed here with a group of friends and I have to say that I was really disappointed. The property is dirty...the carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while and we found chunks of hair. There were also many things that were broken such as the blinds (we couldn't lift them to add in sunlight) and many of the lights were also not working. This made the kitchen and living room space dark to be in. The only great thing about this property is the location but I would NOT recommend for anyone to stay here in the state that it is in. The price I paid was not worth it.

I loved how much space I had and how we had access to almost everything that was advertised despite about 4 light switches not working in the grand suite. I especially appreciate how easy my check in was.

It was freezing cold and the thermostat wasn’t working. Also, the bathrooms, one in particular , were very sticky.

This was the perfect location for our nye plans. The apt was beautiful with stunning views.there were some hiccups checking in, but after that everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay. Was right in the middle of the Downtown lights. After leaving Toronto 20 years ago I was more than amazed to enjoy the view watching the new structures. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go within 3-5 minutes. Friendly and 24 hours service someone is available if needed. I got 1 free cleaning with my stay as well, unit was beautifully decorated and comfy beds . Very quiet area and it was a home away from home, thank you for everything and I will be booking for my next trip to Toronto !

They provided me with a dead key fob for the room so I couldn’t park my car in the place I needed to or use the elevator properly or go anywhere in the building, check in took me 45 minutes to complete because of all of this, also when I arrived I was sent to a completely different room then what I booked initially, my booking reservation clearly stated various things id get with my room and I was sent to a different apartment that didn’t have that stuff and wasn’t the room I clearly had last time I tried to book it again, I had a parking issue with these guys the last time as well, I’m very not happy with these guys, I wouldn’t trust booking with them again, they definitely lost a customer for sure!

Booked a panoramic apartment with 3 queen beds and 2 king beds with pictures provided - This company uses multiple units from different buildings. The first confirmation email outlined our booking address. When we received our check in instructions the morning of our check in date, it was then a different address. I trusted the process and off we went - instructions for check in were clear and easy, along with free parking! - Upon entering the unit, it was not the one we booked. It only had 2 beds and a small pull out sofa. - We called the number provided to us to complain and were given excuses. She then said that this is what we booked. My husband had to get on the call and get angry to demand something be done and we had proof of what we had booked. She wanted pictures of our proof and she would contact her manager and get back to us 15 mins later - We sent her proof of our booking and waited. We ended up calling back 45 mins later. She then said that the unit was changed from original booking bc there were issues with toilets in that unit. This made us very upset, that they would change the booking without telling us and not even change us to a comparable unit. We had to complain further then she said she would search for another unit with 3 beds. She switched us to another unit in another building 5 mins further. - this unit did not have clear check in instructions - all this above wasted 2 hours of our time - unit was nice but would recommend coffee for guests

was a good time just really hot temperature wise in there. And one of the blankets had a nice stain on it when we walked in. But it was nice
