Third time we’ve stayed here. Parking is great. Check in was slow, only one person on the desk. Was two, but when we arrived in line the 2nd person left instead of checking us in. ****** restaurants were busy at 8pm with lineups. Slow service. ****** machine ate my $100 bill and it was extremely frustrating to find someone to help. Eventually I compelled a young man to stop and help, who was clearly irritated, who partially removed the bill with a pen enough for me to pull it out myself as he hurried off. Stayed on the 7th floor. Lots of noise in the hallway though out the night. We may stay again if using the airport but overall it’s not a great experience. Also, every area of this hotel, including the ******, is lit up brightly with flourescent lights. Leads to a cold, impersonal, experience. We did not feel welcomed or any kind of customer appreciation.
