This was one of the dirtest hotels I've ever stayed at. I really didn’t want to touch anything. Bedding was dirty with hair on the sheets. Bathroom wasn't very clean. I will admit the people that work here are very nice. I have to come back to the area next week and booked a different hotel.

This hotel is great the only thing I didn’t like is that food place are little bit away from the hotel but other than that my stay here was great

Room was cold, Breakfast was terrible No cheese, No eggs, and coloury water instead of juice on the table. It was awful!

Rooms smelled of old cigarettes. There is no elevator. Quite a bit of loiterers. Homeless guy changed clothes in the front parking lot. So much to say about this place...not much goo.d

Tub first did not fill up for a soak then did! looked dirty washed first! Music next door in afternoon could not take a nap The price was ridiculous for end of October!! The hotel looked run down!

They gave away my wheelchair accessible room even though it was written in the notes that I needed it. As a result I could not stay at the hotel and they essentially stranded me in Toronto with nowhere to stay.

While the price is low, there were issues. The bathtub had great water pressure, but the shower head stole all that pressure leaving the shower being disappointing. The Internet connectivity was terrible and telling a guy who does this for a living that rebooting the router would have resolve the problem was the wrong answer.

The only positive thing I can say about my stay was the parking was free, and the free Wi-Fi was solid. Other than these, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I encountered several issues during my stay at the hotel: The bed sheets and pillow covers had noticeable yellow stains. The office chair armrest contained debris and gunk. It was disgusting. My room was situated directly next to the main stairway door, resulting in audible disturbances every time someone entered or exited. This placement also compromised the privacy of my phone conversations within the room. The room had a damp atmosphere, and upon first use, the heater emitted an strong and unpleasant odor. There were no conveniently located sockets near the bed. The only available ones were high up, built into the sconces, and required a two-way switch to operate. On my last day, I had a concerning experience around 10 am. I was awakened by loud pounding noises, but due to the poor sound insulation, I couldn't determine if the noise originated from within or outside my room. Upon waking, I discovered that the backplate of my door chain was bent at a 90-degree angle and the chain was unhooked. Fortunately, I didn't observe anything missing from my room, but the experience was quite unsettling. Given the above issues, I cannot recommend this establishment.
