From the first moment, the check in, then entering the room, everything was perfect. Cool, clean and quiet. There is a busy road outside but the sound insulation prevented any disturbance. The breakfast on the roof was superb. The restaurant was good. I am not convinced everything was made fresh to order, but what we had was very satisfactory and the staff were professional and friendly. You need a car to use this hotel. Its a bit isolated. The nearby town of Torre da Mare is not really of interest. I thought it was dirty compared with other places we had visited in Puglia. The hotel itself is excellent. Stayed three nights: we slept well and I would go there again.
