Muy biena estancia, ubicación, instalaciones y yodo muy bien la verdad, el único inconveniente fue que estuvimos 1 día sin gel de baño , al hacer la limpieza no tomaron nota de esto. El resto muy bien la verdad.

Just returned from here after a long weekend,for the second time. Everything was spot on,it was clean,staff were all great and helpful. The only thing we found different was the food at lunchtime,wasn't as good as last year,but breakfast ,snack bar and evening meals were OK.

Another great fun stay at this hotel.great choice of food.very clean.great fun daily entertainment. Adult and children pools.staff are lovely and friendly. A big thankyou to Tomas and Jose working behind the bar who are more like friends to us!!also you have valentine who does the entertainment,what a brilliant,fun loving beautiful hard working man!!valentine made my holiday if you visit this hotel you will definitely love him he is a credit to this hotel!!been here 5 times now and looking forward to returning soon!!

Great place for familys great food and very clean pools are great and football pitch is good for kids 5mins to beach and magaluf beautiful place staff are so nice at hotel very helpful aswell shops are across the road and the boat trip is worth every penny for day out and take in the views

One one there and never again to that place….go to other alia hotels but not this one …the one from Tenerife it s 10 times better that this one

Amazing hotel, brilliant staff. I could not have asked for a more comfortable environment - the entertainers really make you feel at home. 10/10 will come again!! everyone work hard to make our holiday the beat thanks valentine jj sally. special help all inclusive

We had a great 4 day break at this great hotel I cannot thank the staff enough especially Jose and the rest of the team on reception they could not have been more helpful if they tried all in all another great little holiday was had in a hotel that could show a few 5 star hotels we have stayed in a lesson or two about how to look after there quests. again I cannot praise them enough

Everything in this hotel was extra from the use of the safe to a bottle of water or mocktail. The food was really repetitive with the same things being served every night (we ended up going out 3/5 nights). The rooms and hotel in general was boiling hot, it seemed like there was no proper aircon! The walls in the room were also like paper and you could hear everything!!

All members of the team were very helpful, kind and caring, entrea**ent staff sally. JJ and Valenteno were amazing! Went over and above for there guest, sadly one of the new entertainers let the team down, all Daniel was interested in was flirting with the quest and did not remain professional. All food and drinks were amazing, have a special night on the Thursday night, hotel is very clean. Will definitely be back to stay!!
