Good hotel, a good location. Only elevators are nasty (need to insert key card for every ride).

The bath tub clog all the time,and the mirror falls, the one womans use to do their make up, other than that, everything were normal.

I liked the indoor pool, althought it was a bit warmer than expected, but definitely better than getting into a cold pool. They just have to do much maintenance in the ceiling in that area, it's not well taken care of. Also some floors don't have an ice machine, and the one I did find in the floor where the pool is, didn't work, I had to go to the bar to ask for ice (because the room didn't have a mini fridge, although it had the space for it in the closet/TV stand). The room was nice, some details on the floor and bathroom to fix, but in general it looked good. It definitely recommend to configure the TV to the original language, because basically all the movies were in Spanish. The staff at the front desk was in general very nice, the one at night helped me out with a bunch of documents I had to print and was nice about it. The breakfast buffet was okay, good options, although not everything had labels to know what they were, but pretty complete (you could even ask for a milkshake).

I’m very good breakfast food, bar is very accommodating as well. My only complaint is my rooms ac wasn’t functioning properly and on our last day we woke up to a fowl smell in the hotel.

Great location. Wish bar would stay up open. very nice and secured inside. very clean as well.

The sauna and steam room were closed; fixtures in the pool shower area were broken. The breakfast buffet is very good but pricey. Nice to have an elevator! Location is not very good for walking anywhere. The beds were fine and TV was OK.

Front desk staff: excellent The room was clean, quiet, comfortable but no coffee maker. The hallways not as clean as it should be. There’s no shopping business nearby

Everything was pretty good with the hotel accommodations. Check in was and check out was very easy. Hotel is located in a fairly safe area and was close to everything we needed. Breakfast was great at the hotel restaurant. All in all it was a great stay for us. We were there for 3 nights.

Crown Plaza is my to go hotel when I travel to Torreon, the staff is courteous, the facility is very nice, and the food is delicious. I simply love staying at this hotel.
