Un hôtel tout neuf aux chambres très fonctionnelles et bien isolé de l’extérieur. Par contre plusieurs choses sont surprenantes ou gênantes : - on vous donne à l’accueil un carton avec code d’accès à la chambre sans aucune discrétion - l’isolation intérieure est très mauvaise et tous les sons du couloir arrivent dans la chambre - quand le voisin claque sa porte de chambre, ce qui a été fréquent, les mur de votre chambre vibrent Le petit déjeuner est correct et il y a un parking souterrain possible

This is by by far one of the worst customer services hotel experiences I've had, we arrived at 11 pm and it was only at midnight when they were able to deliver us a room. The room was undone, the toilet wasn't clean, no batteries on the TV's remote, and nothing to clean the dishes with (they are supposed to provide this, since we were renting a studio). Since it was so late and many people was waiting for their room keys still after checkin-in over one hour, we decided to stay there on this ”undone-unclean” bedroom. They provided us with sheets that night and the next day and even the day after I requested multiple times to get the kitchen cleaning kit (we were staying at a studio) and they would only mimic that they would bring it during the day and nothing ever happened. We never got toilet paper either, they were able to provide the batteries but their TV doesn't connect to their wifi, so it's like not having one. Needless to say that there was never any room service, they never came to clean, and the people who will come after our stay will eat on dishes that were cleaned with water only - I am sure that nobody from their staff will come take care of it. They require a 150 EUR guarantee fee in case of damages, including if we leave the dishes dirty ... so you can understand my frustration. I am still shocked of the poor quality of services, their staff is full of excuses but not of solutions, which I can only imagine comes from poor management. This hotel was oversold and you could see that it was also understaffed. Unfortunately we booked for 3 nights, and I can say that nothing was done to create a better experience or provide the If I can provide any advice is RUN AWAY, there are many hotels with similar services on that same area, and it is not worth the bad experience.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days while visiting Toulon while visiting some friends who live there (locals). The location is excellent, only a few minutes walk from the station and various routes, quite close to the city center. I appreciated the staff's kindness and helpfulness. The rooms were okay as well. I would come back.

Brilliant location, awesome staff and beautiful room. The location was perfect, midway between the sea front and train station, with everything in Toulon very accessible from this hotel. Lovely hotel rooftop pool which we, as a large group used as a bar in the evening. There were 12 of us (6 couples) staying at the hotel and everyone’s expectations of the rooms were exceeded and none of us had any complaints. Staff were very attentive and couldn’t help enough with the many queries that were asked of them. If we do return to Toulon there is no question that this will be the hotel that we return to.

Travelled with some pals to Toulon to watch a match. Hotel was perfectly positioned for waterside bars and the Stade Mayol. Anais on reception was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Couldn't fault.

We stayed for a night before an early train and were more than happy with this hotel. The rooms are newly decorated and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent-near shops, bars, restaurants and the very lively port area. Slept really well as there was not a sound to be heard. Comfy bed and lovely bed linen. Air con as well. Breakfast was delicious. Only small down side for me is no kettle in the room. I got hot water from the restaurant instead but it is a little bit more trouble.

it’s perfect and so beautiful, i love it!! the matches of color are so cute, they have good service and it’s all clean. I definitely would come again here, the personal it’s nice so that gives them more points.

best location for a get away - steps to the water, there is a large park/beach area a short walk away, some excellent restaurants nearby. the hotel manager was very helpful in recommending restaurants. The walk to downtown looks daunting on the map, but it is enjoyable.
