Love the place… very convenient and good price. Art concept with studio room Environment is excellent

One of my favourite hotels in France, mainly because of its location with views over the Garrone and Pont Neuf, sunset and Languedocians strolling, jogging, rowing etc of an evening... If you want spacious, this is not the place for you...If you want cosy and charm , it is.

Internet did not always work. No one informed me ahead of time that the hotel was closing for the holidays on the day I was leaving….so I had nowhere to leave my suitcase for the afternoon while waiting for my evening flight. Receptionist did not speak English

Great property for sightseeing, our room was a little dated, but other rooms were nicely decorated.

Great location but that’s all that was great about it. Staff were friendly however the room was tiny and bathroom was only separated by a sliding see through partition. The shower only had a hand held shower head which was very inconvenient. The air con unit was an inch from your head facing you in bed which led to a very uncomfortable sleep. Despite the website saying they have a safe we didn’t have one. Was hoping for a beautiful artistic room as shown on the website but I guess you have to stay longer than one night to get that. Good for a one night stay but won’t be back to stay in the French Faulty Towers!

The aroma if sewage attacks your nostrils as you approach the hotel and continue into the foyer and lift. The hotel is incredibly shabby - chipped paint, peeling wallpaper and plaster work with big chunks missing. This continued into our room. The "wood" or chipboard in the bathroom was rotten, mildewed and dirty around the bath. The shower is handheld - very difficult to wash your hair that way! Add those discomforts to the carpark fees of 30 euros a day + good 10 minute walk, extra charge for breakfast and city taxes...a totally miserable experience. Stayed two nights as it was a non-refundable booking. Will not be using ********** - will book directly with hotels in future to have recourse should things go badly.

When we arrived we were told our A/C was broken. This made it impossible to stay let alone sleep in our room. Was probably the most unpleasant night of my life

Great location. Kooky interesting decor. Comfortable room with great view of bridge.

This is a lovely, unique hotel in a great location. We enjoyed all of the interesting pieces of art scattered throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We have only minor suggestions, mostly about improving the practical aspects of the room. The hangers were falling apart and the shower wasn't great.
