The women at the front desk were friendly and helpful when we checked in late at night. In the morning, the hot chocolate packets ran out and when I asked whether there were more, the woman in charge offered me some from her own office, which I really appreciated. My only complaint is that the only extra blankets available for the hide-a-bed are thin and scratchy. Another Holiday Inn Express we stayed at on this trip gave us a thicker blanket, same as on the regular beds, and I think that should be standard practice for all hotels. We did not stay long enough to enjoy the pool. but it looked as though the pool area was big enough to have a hot tub added, but did not have one yet. You may want to confirm that with the hotel before booking, if that matters to you (as it normally does to us.)

I have never stayed at a hotel where I would describe the room as “roomy,” so I was amazed at how spacious the room AND bathroom were. It felt as though the property had been recently updated, but maybe I’m incorrect. Regardless, the choices made in design were clearly intended for guest comfort and convenience.

Breakfast was very good. The staff,Amanda, is a excellent worker and concerned about the quality.

Would definitely return. Loved our stay. We went for the indoor pool, however, the heater was broken and it was holiday season so the maintenance tech was unavailable. We will definitely call before visiting though. Thank you

So much noise during the night by the staff without regard for sleeping guests. Awaked at 6am by staff slamming doors

We stayed here for 1 night following a concert at the fairgrounds. The facility was clean, staff was great and accomdations were excellent. Would highly recommend and will stay again! Thank you.

Very clean and comfortable, will definately stay here again when we are in the area.

Could not understand a word. The guy at the front desk said, and he didn’t even try to make it where we could understand him. He kept saying that my card wouldn’t work which made absolutely no sense because I paid for the room months ago we literally had to sit in the waiting room in the middle of the night for quite a while to get anything, resolved until I finally said, I was going to leave and that I was going to have to have my daughter drive us three hours home who is a high risk pregnancy right now was not happy. horrible service, horrible experience. It was not resolved until the next morning when the lady working at the front desk said that she would take care of it, and not to worry about it.

Great staff and the parking was easily accessible for semi truck.
